'Dit hotel was een verademing t.o.v. het jachtige Chennai. We hadden niet verwacht dat het zo'n rust zou uitstralen. De bediening was zeer goed, hulpvaardig en zeker niet opdringerig. 'The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue.'

'Prachtig hotel, zeer comfortabele kamer. Schone en goede badkamer. Helemaal top was het eten in het pas geopende Raintree Restaurant, onderdeel van het hotel. Een ster waard! Alleen de taxi van het hotel die ons bij het vliegveld oppikte was voor Indiase begrippen absurd duur, 3600 INR. Op de terugweg rekende een normale taxi voor dezelfde afstand 700 INR.'
