'This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask.'

'We love staying at Encantada Casa. It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great '

Very helpful and polite staff (since my tour starts at 4am the next morning, Ruth made sure a breakfast box is ready for me the next morning). Located in a more locale area of Cusco, I walked around after some direction provided by the staff to more mom-and-pop stores on the streets 2 blocks away at night. Bought some awesomely warm moliente drink from a lady at a street corner nearby. Nice cute hotel with a hostel feel but...
