'Everything was wonderful! Our hostess, Dellene had gone to great lengths to make her property clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing (we thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of her antiques and unique decorations). The bubbling brook running through the back of the property was so tranquil we immediately felt the tension leave our bodies and started relaxing as soon as we got there. We loved every minute we were at Dellene's River Retreat and hope to return one day.'

'My second time staying at this property. The location in West End Greenville cannot be beat. And it includes TWO parking spaces, which are at a premium when Artisphere comes to town. Easy walk to Falls Park on the Reedy, or to a Greenville Drive baseball game. (Be forwarned: you WILL hear Fireworks on Friday nights when the Drive are in town!) 'What a pleasant surprise when we opened the door! Darling cottage filled with personal touches to make guests feel at home. Outside is fully fenced and dogs are made to feel very welcome with a jar of dog treats and a couch cover so pets can sit on furniture. Even a people treat waiting for us. We would definitely stay there again if traveling that way'

'My wife and I are in our early 70's and have stayed at many locations mostly hotels when we have traveled. This was by far a much safer, welcoming place to stay at a price very close and in some cases cheaper than some of the local hotels! The hosts are both personable and available if needed. The place itself was like a fancy efficiency with a small but full ktichen, washer and dryer, separate bathroom and a small dining table, desk for work and couch. There was a TV but we never turned it...

'Very restful in a beautiful tastefully decorated little house in a delightful mountain town with tons of shops and restaurants to visit. 'Awe stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. We arrived at night (which I would not recommend doing for the first time you get there) and we did get a little lost. The host provided great directions, just being it the dark made it very challenging. It was very much worth the view! Beautiful place with a great set up for small kids and parents too. The host was very kind and even set out some fish food for our son to feed the koi pond with. Fit great for what we needed!'

Supposedly my ID wasn't clear enough for a computer to read, so it wouldn't release our access info until a human corrected the issue. 'The property is beautiful & very clean. I did not like the fact I had to agree to a background, scan my license & take a selfie for a one night stay. No clear signage in parking deck. The TV nor internet worked. The stick to close blinds in master bedroom is so short I had to get a chair & climb to close the blinds. '
