I apologize for the inconvenience of the hottub again! The rules of VRBO do not allow me to access any money transactions. All refunds, cancelation are all processed through VRBO. Rest assured I will be contacting them regarding this matter to assist in expediting your request.

Robert and crew were great guests. Communicated well with host. Unfortunately after the hottub cleaners cleaned the day of Roberts arrival, when they went to start it up it would not come on. I informed Robert as soon as I knew of this. As its stated in the Amenities section on my site the hottub will and may break down from time to time. I strive to inform guests of any unforeseen incident that may happen. I do not charge for the use of the hottub! yet I offered a discount on a future stay. I was also bummed my hottub broke down:, as repairs are extremely expensive:(

As the property manager I strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I make myself available for questions or assistance, but also respect your privacy as guests. In this case I want to express my reaction to David’s groups stay. The guests were given a list of house rules along with hottub rules. They agreed and stated that they read and understood them. Durring the course of their stay, I had several interactions with them in regards to illegal smoking of marijauna in the unit. Staying in the hottub while drinking alcohol until early morning hours. This lead to the local police calling me to let me know the neighborhood people were complaining. These are a few interactions I had with them during their stay. Due to the excessive over use of the hottub as well as dumping of alcohol into the hottub, it seized the pump motor and it had to be replaced. Which effected the stay of the guests arriving after them. As it was unusable. This situation could have been avoided if David’s group had followed the reasonable rules and expectations listed on the waiver they read and signed.

Jay's group were wonderful guests. They were respectful of property and house rules. I would welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.

Elizabeth”s group were great guests. Would love to have them back again!

Nicks group were in and out without a sound:) They were great guest’s in every way. Iam hoping they will come back again so o can meet and greet them:)

Diane and her sister were wonderful guests. They hiked the ice age trail and found some beautiful rocks, that they so kindly shared with me. I would highly recommend them to other hosts and welcome them back anytime:)

We strive to make the guest awareness to the rental. We apologize if it wasn’t what was described in the photos, as well as property description. It was great to meet and talk with you during your stay. We welcome your input and appreciate your stay.

Sorry your expectations were not met. We take pride in providing clear and accurate information in our listing and are happy to answer any questions guests may have. The pontoon rental is sent with each booking for guests to get pricing and instructions on reserving the rental. The pontoon does need to be booked in advance if you want to guarantee it’s use. We have numerous lakes and rivers to enjoy within a very close proximity. Best regards for your future traveling expierences.
