I've translated this review for the benefit of English-speaking clients. Unfortunately, we're unable to do anything about the parking around the complex. It's less of a problem in the winter but in August it can be quite difficult to get a parking spot. The cost of sunbeds is something which is out of our control. Many guests see this as a benefit as there are ALWAYS beds available by the pool and there's no need to be up at the crack of dawn, however we'll make it clearer in our listing. We've addressed the issue with our cleaners about the floor etc. "The apartment stands out for its stylish furnishings. The furniture is comfortable and the decoration makes it very homely. There are many household appliances (even a washing machine and a toaster). The sun terrace with awning is beautiful for breakfast and dinner, especially with the small hedge. The rooms are not air conditioned, but there are fans. The complex is located in Las Americas. This means mass tourism, hardly any free parking spaces and aggressive attempts to take money out of holidaymakers' pockets on every corner. Particularly outrageous: the loungers at the pool cost 2.50 per day. This isn't Scott's fault, but he should mention it in the description. And yet loungers were reserved and then walked away. The cleanliness also needed improvement: the dishes in the cupboards were sticky and had to be washed first. The same applied to the cupboards. Although cleaners came twice a week, the floor was not cleaned (which I was able to do myself thanks to the equipment Scott provided.) These points would make me hesitate to recommend it. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay. Check-in and communication with the owner went smoothly."

Thank-you for your 4-star review of our property. The kitchenettes are purposely designed to maximise the living space for holiday rentals. Also, as a cleaning and laundry service was provided, we didn't think you'd require any additional cleaning products. We're happy to supply in future.

The minor issue you experienced for part of your stay with the wifi has now been fully rectified. Review (English translation): Great for location, cleanliness and comfort (by the pool) with a large terrace !!! The only small flaw is that the Wi-Fi connection was practically non-existent (for some of our stay). I highly recommend it and hope to return.
