Prachtig resort
Mooie locatie, weg van de drukte, mooi ruim opgezet , grote appartementen, erg gezellig restaurant (niet zo'n standaard hotel restaurant) , goed en betaalbaar eten. Ons bed was wel erg hard (we zijn nog jong maar hadden pijn in onze rug en heupen ervan). Goed onderhouden, alles ziet er keurig uit. Fantastisch groot en mooi zwembad en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en servicegericht.

Wij zijn kritisch...maar dit is kwaliteit!
We wisten al n.a.v. de reviews dat dit een goed resort/appartementen complex zou zijn ...maar wij zijn zeer kritisch dus we lieten ons verassen haha. Het personeel zou heel vriendelijk zijn ...nou dat klopt. Bij aankomst komt er meteen iemand naar ons toe rennen om de koffers te dragen. Bij de balie vroeg de man of we iets willen drinken tijdens het invullen van de gegevens. Daarna werden we naar onze kamer gewezen. Wat ik erg goed vond is dat deze man direct na de korte rondleiding de kamer verliet zonder te wachten op fooi ..je zou er niet eens de kans voor krijgen. Het hele complex is erg luxe. Geen nadelen. Het enige wat ik kon bedenken is dat het appartement wellicht iets ruimer opzet kon worden. Het is niet klein maar we stootte diverse keren ergens tegen aan omdat het allemaal niet heel ruim was. Maar goed, dat is dan ook het enige wat ik kan bedenken. BELANGRIJKE TIP: navigeer naar het complex met Google maps op naam van het complex ...niet op adres met bijvoorbeeld de TomTom!! Want dan kom je heel ergens anders. We hebben beste even moeten zoeken in het donker.

Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was decent. We arrived at 11:40 pm, and unfortunately, the room key didn't work, which was a bit annoying. However, the staff was very helpful and cheerful, despite being understaffed. The hotel itself is not modern or stylish, more reminiscent of 2006, but it is clean. The bathtub jacuzzi was not working, but it was spacious. The pool was nice, and the view was okay. Parking was convenient, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was satisfactory, better than the UK Ibis breakfast.

Reception staff were on the phone for 15 minutes with family before finally checking us in. Which they did with plenty of attitude. Didn't give us relevant information like the fact that you have to ask to get your room cleaned (only hotel in the world that requires this??). Breakfast was very average and always the same. Rooms were spacious but a little dated. Lacked some thoughtful touches like somewhere to put the shower gel in the shower. The only slight silver lining was the main pool area which was very pleasant. Won't be coming back though.

Hotellissa erittäin avulias ja mukava henkilökunta. Hotellim uima-allas vastasi odotuksia. Pientä korjausta hotelli/huoneet vaatisivat, koska vähän on paikat sieltä sun täällä rempallaan mutta eivätpä ne juuri meidän lomaa haitanneet paitsi huoneen wc jota ei oikein saatu kuntoon. Auto on aivan ehdoton tässä hotellissa, kävelymatkan päässä ei ole mitään muuta kuin yksi pienistä pienin marketti, josta saa sen vesipullon haettua.

Wonderful stay
The hotel is really wonderful. Yes, it could use a little facelift but everything is clean and the overall atmosphere is really great. We had a condo with a jacuzzi and a rooftop terrace and it was just awesome. The views were amazing and the room was clean and really big. Drinks at the swim up bar, really good and affordable. Minigolf was and awesome addition! The staff made the stay. Bruno at the front desk and the pool bar guys, thanks! Always attentive service and welcoming spirit. I hope we had stayed longer! Taxi to the citycenter is 10€. Can be ordered from the reception. Only complaint, the gym really needs a renovation!

Central areas of hotel are lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are in need of a refurb but that’s reflected in the price. Bar on site closes early. This place is ideal if you want a quiet holiday. Restaurant and supermarket up the hill from here. Not particularly suitable for those with mobility issues. Bus stop a five minute walk away. Taxis between 8-10 euros to Los Cristianos, Las Americas. 12 Euros to Costa Adeje. Free bus to beach from hotel at 10:30. Returns at 17:30. Go for bus early as it fills up quickly and it departs at 10:30 sharp

I’m serious need of an upgrade
This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. The rooms are dismal and tatty. The bathroom was horrendous. The air conditioning unit leaked on to my clothes in the wardrobe ( which was ineffective) and stained three of my dresses. We only chose this hotel to be with our friends and their kids. We won’t be back.

Tiene cosas que me gustaron mucho,como la piscina,estaba ideal,muy cómodos los colchones las habitaciones aunque un poco viejas bien equipadas,trato amable,los aspectos negativos son por ejemplo el desayuno poca variedad y que despues de las 10 de la noche está totalmente muerto(igual para algunos es una ventaja)y la poca animación que hay es lamentable,otra cosa es que el socorrista tiene que estar en el bar piscina trabajando como camarero,que si pasa algo,ya me dirán, a pesar de estos aspectos negativos me gustó bastante

So this is definitely a four star but is pretending to be a three star for some reason. The man on the front desk that checked us in was rude and is the only reason that I wouldn’t return to this hotel. The bar guys Rodrigo, Alfredo and Daniel absolutely made our trip. Our daughter was made to feel like a princess every day by them and we will be forever grateful for their kindness and absolute dedication to their jobs. Pool bar food was lovely. We did see a manager a couple of days but he barely spoke to guests. The room was cleaned once in three days but others were having their rooms cleaned daily so not sure what happened here. Ants are everywhere here and it’s worth noting that this may have something to do with the cleanliness by the pool. The hot tub is freezing cold so not hot. Locals are welcomed here with day passes and we had issues with some very drunk day visitors being rude, nasty, inappropriate in front of children and even trying to take our daughters pool toys! Whilst we absolutely loved our holiday and made the most of it. If a couple of changes were made, this place could be so much better!

El sitio es espectacular, con piscina infinita con vistas al mar de fondo y atardeceres de locura. Servicio impecable, habitación con jacuzzi, todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir a desayunar y cenar, pudiendo hacer uso de unas vistas en una terraza amplia y con vistas a la piscina y el mar. Fuimos pocos días y damos poca importancia al alojamiento porque buscamos la aventura, pero en este caso, el lugar fue una experiencia inolvidable, para repetir seguro.
