'Wonderful property for this area. Simple & quaint. Beautiful views. The 2 bed room was very spacious. Front office staff are so friendly and accommodating. We used the hot tub and gathered with family around the fire pit which is a nice touch. No fitness area, but it was worth it to support local and stay somewhere unique.'

Personnel was a little pushy to write a review, but this good review is well deserved. They provided also multiple free bottles of water and after my hike they allowed me to still use their restroom even though I already checked out. Multiple nice hikes and views in the environment!'

'The Springs is a wonderful place! The renovations are so well done. We've stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms all were excellent but the honeymoon suite is my favorite. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The retro vibe of the place is downright adorable. With firepits, grills and a multitude of outdoor activities it was like staying at a mini resort. 'This location is so convenient to the Berkshire Museum and downtown Pittsfield! There are plenty of great restaurants a short distance away. The price is right and we used the savings to eat at local spots for breakfast, too. They have done some nice updates, so it doesn't feel like the motels that I went to when I was a kid with my parents. '

'We've stayed in a lot of home rentals - and across the board - this was the best place ever. The home was clean, nicely decorated and super comfortable. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and incredibly welcoming, leaving us with a generous basket of local treats. We loved the peaceful outdoor space and roamed all 40 acres. 'We loved our two night stay in the forest :) The house was super clean, well appointed, quiet and relaxing. We didn't have great weather so didn't get to take advantage of the perfect spot on the lake or any of the kayaks or boats, but the location was a great jumping off point for visiting the various Berkshires towns.'

'Het hotel is ok. Kamer is ruim en goed uitgerust. Er is een binnen en buiten zwembad. Staf bij de receptie is echter verveeld en onvriendelijk. Uitchecken is niet zomaar gebeurt. Beddengoed moet afgehaald worden en handdoeken op de vloer. Servies met de hand afwassen als er geen vaatwasser is. Je vraagt je zelf af wat de schoonmakers nog moeten doen. Voor een kort verblijf zou ik hier zeker niet meer verblijven. Zeker ook omdat het wat uit de buurt ligt van doorgaande wegen.'
