'Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. Dirty toilet. Bins hadn't been emptied. Dead woodlice in the bedroom on the floor. Dirty on top of the fridge. Brown bug...

'The night life after 6pm outside the hotel was minimal even at the start of June. There was a bar at the hotel to sit in. The hotel itself was lovely and so were the staff. The food was good and value for money. '

'Brilliant stay . One tiny issue with the radiator not going off but even though it was 10.30 pm the chap on reception came straight up and sorted it for us . Breakfast was delicious and service very friendly . Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will be returning. '

'Vreselijk smerig onperrsoolijk hotel.de kamer was een horror film vloerbedenking vol vlekken gordijnen kapot aan de raam achterkant bed zo vreselijk vies schimmel in de badkamer. geen een dag bed opgemaakt. de schoonmaker kwam me 1 spuitfles 2x puffen in het toilet dat was de hele kamerschoonmaak goor onsmakelijk sompig ontbijt geen koffie etc te verkrijgen. wij hebben bij het buurhotel ontbeten op dat terras onze drankjes besteld het terras bij gable end te vies om op te zitten ga z maar door...

'We have just stayed in the Prom Hotel overnight and had a wonderful stay. Staff on arrival really friendly and check was quick and efficient. We were in the family suite, which was two separate rooms with a small adjoining corridor and lockable door.
