'The Hilton Netherland is a classic building in downtown Cincinnati. This hotel used to be the train station and the architecture is very interesting. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be re-done, they have tall sided tubs you have to step over to get into, the bathroom is very small and hard to turn around in. The Front Desk service was excellent, most of the servers were excellent and friendly. Room service was not available when I tried calling. '

'We just needed a "pit stop" arrived at 1am and left at about 830 am. The night clerk was prompt and kind. However I was startled by a women sitting in the dark breakfast area when she cursed at someone on the phone saying the police had already dropped her off. The room was clean and comfortable but minor repairs here and there poorly done not run down but more shabby. The breakfast was hot and clean morning staff was very friendly. 'Stayed here for my son Aau basketball tourney in the area. Was a little skeptical after other reviews, however I’m glad I made the decision to stay here. Exceeded my expectations for the situation.
