'The best place to stay on Skiathos! Room was wonderful, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchenette, and lovely balcony with a view of the sea. It was a 30 second walk to a beach with gorgeous turquoise water in addition to a 25 minute walk into town. I can’t say enough great things about the staff who not only were super helpful with the check in and transfer from the port to the hotel, but drove me back to the port for my early ferry when leaving. 'Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. '

Laatste stuk weg is wel steil, goed te lopen maar met fiets zonder electrische ondersteuning erg lastig. Mini supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. 'We had a lovely stay at Anthena apartments. Spotlessly clean- well equipped. Close to main area with plenty shops and bars and restaurant’s close by. Rannia and Stavros excellent hosts- such a lovely couple. Would definitely stay again! '

'This villa is in a beautiful stunning rural location but by car its less than 10 minutes from Skiathos town and this makes it a perfect retreat but still near amenities. The inside of this villa is a bit dated but it is finished in a rustic style. The hosts are lovely people who were very helpful and knowledgeable during our stay.'

'A wonderful 10 night stay at Margi House. Bed was very comfortable. Air con was blissful. Cleaned really well daily with fresh towels. Swimming pool was exceptional. 'Ensure you contact the host in advance to arrange a check in time as this is not clear in the confirmation email. Even so, we were disappointed that we had to wait almost an hour to enter the room, despite emailing our arrival time, as the owner had decided to go to the beach. Otherwise, the owner was helpful. The rooms are in a beautiful terraced area and clean.'
