We had to go out and purchase a coffee maker, bath mat, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a broom and dustpan, garbage bags, and room freshener. We had a king size bed with only one bath towel and one washcloth. There were no hand towels, or a bath mat. We only got our bed changed once in 8 days. We only got fresh towels from the nonexistent housekeeping department once during our 8 day stay. The pool was closed the entire 8 days for cleaning. Every single ice machine was broken! The parking lot was filled with drug dealers and prostitutes. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! We literally had to sweep and mop our own room, clean our bathroom, and take the bed clothes to a laundromat to wash them ourselves! Didn’t have any towels, washcloths or tissues. Missing one bedspread blanket. No soap, conditioner or bath mat. Didn’t have any to bring when asked and told there was nothing they could do about it. We’d arrived late and had to leave early. Very unprepared for people to stay. The motel was not at full capacity according to the parking lot. How is a room reserved a month in advance not ready? Seemed a very short string operation but it was clean. But a clean room isn’t much help when you need a shower and clean up.

The room smelled like an ashtray though it was non smoking. The sink leaked 24/7, there was no remote for the TV or chair for the desk. Pot smoking and domestic arguments outside my door. Housekeeping made the bed once in 5 days, never cleaned anything and left my door adjust when the left so anyone could have walked in.

Front desk lady was very rude and not just me other guests as well, it seemed like if they wanna clean you room they if not who cares attitude, had to go get my towels and wash clothes on daily basis and also had to clean my own floor because I don’t believe it was clean since they put it in. My only issue was that right after i showered i walked barefooted and my feet became filthy in no time. From doing this type of work in the past. I know those floors are not being mopped as often as they should. And the fact that I had issues with my tv and i only had tv available the evening prior to leaving the room for the night.

Computers were down and had to wait 45 minutes to check in. When I got to the room, the cleaning lady was still there. When I went in I couldn’t stay in the room because of the strong cleaning smell. She used on the floor, so had to prop the door open. Loud yelling in the evening. Room is nicely remodeled, but bed sags. Price was good though.
