'Great views. We found everything what was needed in this apartment for our 3 nights stay. We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4'

'The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view.'

'Great, modern and clean Condo apt. Ernest was very friendly and easy to reach. His apt. was perfect for myself, my husband and our 22 year old daughter. Great area in the channel district that was close to all things we wanted to do.'

'This property was pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are separate pool and beach areas on the property, and the tiki hut restaurant by the pool has excellent food. The location is within reasonable driving distance to St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Ybor City. We would go back there again.'

'**OWNER TOOK OUR MONEY THEN GHOSTED US!** I emailed owner five days prior to our stay for check in process, no response. On day of arrival, I called number and was told it was not the correct number. Ended up dealing with VRBO for several hours, who stated the unit was not available, ruined our day.'

'Stayed at house for 5 nights, used it as a home base to vacation in the area. this is a great place to stay, the owners are a great family, the house is as listed, keep better then any hotel we have stayed at. if you compare this to a hotel, this is the only way to go. Will book again.'

'Hotelshuttle vanuit het hotel goed geregeld. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De suite ruim, maar helaas was het toilet kapot. Gezien late aankomst geen monteur meer aanwezig. Aanbod een andere suite. Gezien dat wij moe waren van de reis en we verbleven er maar 1 nacht, het maar zo gelaten. Zou een extra notitie van gemaakt worden! Helaas volgende ochtend weer opnieuw moeten melden, niets bekend van een notitie!'

'Mooi hotel in een baai , zwembad plus poolbar , nadeel je had geen strand en je kon niet de zee in allemaal rotsen , op de foto leek dat er een klein strandje was gemaakt en dat je daar het water in kon , helaas was dat niet zo !!!! '
