'We had a pleasant stay at the Blissful Bungalow. The hosts were kind and communicated clearly. The property was decently clean and comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels for our needs. Our biggest complaint was the driveway. It isn’t paved and getting cars up and down was tricky. The houses surrounding the property also appeared to be abandoned, which was a little sketchy. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again if we ever returned...

'Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and immaculately kept with all the utensils and towels you could need. Only complaints are the oven didn’t seem to regulate the temperature like it should. The upstairs also got exceptionally hot while downstairs was cold. The interior of the home feels very dark at night and could benefit from brighter lighting. The exterior was also lacking lights by the hot tub area, which could present a safety concern . All of that said, we would stay here again...

Great working grill and well stocked woodpile for the fire pit. Our family loved fishing off the dock, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The owners were wonderful to work with and we would love to return!'

'We were in town for my Doctorial graduation at LMU and this place was absolutely perfect! It was a short drive into the school. The place was very clean, quiet and a beautiful view! The spa on the deck was wonderful in the cold weather. We absolutely loved it!!!'

'Gorgeous home in a beautiful setting! The home accomodated our family of 6 + grandparents + a friend! Plenty of space to spread out and the bunk room was a huge hit for the kids. We loved fishing and kayaking on the lake, relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the fire pit. If traveling with a large party I would definitely bring extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags as only a few were provided. Other than that a great vacation spot!'

Everything we needed was there for use, including more beach “lake” towels, plenty of towels & also shampoo & conditioner were there if needed. 'We spent 6 days 5 nights over a long Memorial Day weekend. 3 couples. The house was clean and very comfortable. We brought a boat and was able to launch it at Flat Hollow, Marina, and store the boat trailer at the marina as well. It was nice having the dock right in front of the house. We had to split up so that when we brought the boat over, we knew which house to go to. One of our friends stood on the dock while another friend drove the boat over. 'Many issues stated in previous reviews are unresolved. Smoke alarms are missing, expired fire extinguisher, poor quality cookware, substandard furniture. The bunk bed in the basement is unusable for two people because it is not sturdy. The gas grill caught on fire because of all the residual grease and the grease tray ended up dropping out of the grill due to its poor condition. The property manager offered to bring us a new grill so hopefully the next guests won’t have this issue. Numerous...
