It was okay for what you pay for, was just looking for a place to sleep so no real issues. There's a musty smell in the hallways but room was fairly clean, washroom was a little dirty but nothing to be concerned about. It was nice having Denny's right beside and connected to the hotel. Staff were pleasant.

This property is pretty shabby. When we first checked in we were given a room that people probably rent by the week. It was two rooms with a king size bed in one room and a full size refrigerator, couch, table and microwave in the other room. It smelled horrible. We called the front desk and explained that we had rented a single room with 2 double beds. They gave us another room with 2 queen beds that was cleaner and smelled better.

The place is generally clean but worn. The staff was pleasant and attentive, but not enough rooms had been cleaned by the time I arrived at 5pm for me to receive a room. I got a good (but not great) room an hour later. It was a good inexpensive place to stay a night and I recommend it if you are budget limited.

I got there at 10:50am because it says check in starts at 11am. Was told check in starts at 4pm! Go back at 5 PM after going to the beach to kill time then was told they over booked. I told them I reserved the room a week ahead of time so they found a room for me. Key didn't work to open the door. Second time key didn't work again. Finally manager opened the door suggesting we have to go to front desk to reopen door if we stepped out. As soon as manager opened the door she realized someone else was in the room she gave me. After almost 3 hours later she realized she gave me the wrong room number and I finally was able to get some rest . Was supposed to meet up with friends for dinner but thanks to the incompetents of the manager and staff. Trip was ruined. To top it off the refrigerator wasn't working. She gave me the option to use the employee fridge.😳 Plus I had to put a deposit of $100 just in case I broke something. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!! I will be trying to get a refund for the terrible experience I went through. Beware of this place.

Check in time is at 4:00pm and is clearly stated on the Expedia website. We were not overbooked, we were sold out.

Musty odor when we get in the room. The carpet seemed dirty & a bit wet. There’s no flat iron, just borrowed from our companions room. Place is quiet. Dennys makes it better if your hungry at nighttime.

I didnt like the floor in my room was sticky. So I couldnt walk barefoot. My room was next too a room that didnt have a lock on it. Which I felt like I was in the movie "Shining" also they had free coffee which was good to get before you go to dennys next door. I just didnt like that a guy made four to go coffees and took all the creamer and I told the front desk and apparently the manager had the key so no one else but the manager could restock the creamer. The parking lot was clean, the check in process was easy as well. I would recommend to take a picture with their astronaut statue. I enjoyed the view which I could see straight to the pool. But I would say my stay at this location was pretty average.

The price was great but the floors and bath tubs continue to be dirty, especially the carpeted rooms. Carpets very old and I mean old. They had not been shampooed in a very long time. Don’t walk barefoot on carpet unless you want really dirty feet. Always standing water in tub throughout shower. These were the same problems I faced the two times I used this motel. For housekeeping to enter a room it has to be requested the day before, and since you never requested it, it was never on their list. So therefore, no one entered your room. They said that they had a hot tub a pool ice machine and a washer and dryer washer clothes I got there just to be informed that everything was closed and then there was no breakfast they left out the part where there was a free breakfast there was just Denny's breakfast next door that you had to pay for You're supposed to update everything that you have in your facility and they had nothing All it was was your bedroom at least the bedroom smelled nice but you get what you pay for

There was an odd smell down the hall to the room. The lobby area was not appealing. The coffee was not good. There was a man in the lobby complaining about his security deposit, and a police officer had to be called. Another similar situation occurred as we were checking out. This hotel seems unsafe, and the clientele contributed to this feeling. Even though we booked 2 rooms for 9 total people we only were given 2 towels per room. And we had to beg for more towels and it took very long to get them. We also had to ask several times for a rollaway bed. The staff was nice. But I will not stay here again.

Listen, for budget travel and the price this place is great. It’s not 5 star but you’re not paying 5 star money. It’s across the street from beef o Brady’s, attached to dennys n Starbucks. Everyone was nice, yes it’s dated n smells a little moldy in the hall but for budget travel this place was great. It’s close to a Walmart n several bay front restaurants. About 20 mins driving to the beach. I will def stay again for my next cruise!

As we arrived at the property, we were surprised that the property was no longer affiliated with the Ramada group. The Lobby din not offer a coffee, then the room had no coffee machine. and the Ice machine did not work. What was more upsetting was that Expedia did not inform us that the hotel no longer was part of the Ramada or kept the Ramada Standards.

We drove in driveway and took a look at the sign missing and building looks like it is a banded. Drove around and window broken drapes half hanging and nothing been mowed and no other cars in parking lot. Did not go in! Went somewhere else!

My room was so dirty. Hair from the previous occupants were left, food crumbs left on the floor. Walls are caked up with dirt. Bathtub is clogged. I initially booked because it seemed like it was the closest hotel in proximity to Kennedy space center. This isn’t the case there are others- don’t make my mistake. There’s also no flex on check in times, I landed in Orlando in the am, and was told there was nothing they could do to get me into my room sooner, which would have understandable if my room was cleaned properly. But I waited over 5 hours and couldn’t cancel, and the room provided wasn’t even cleaned properly.

The property was extremely clean inside as well as exterior areas, easy parking with plenty of entrances to the building. Very quiet inside hallways as well as quiet rooms. Denny's restaurant adjoins the hotel for easy access.
