While the hotel was quite nice and comfortable, checking in was a complete nightmare. We were told to form one line. I had gotten there first and was waiting to the next staff member. Then they decided to give everyone paperwork to complete and all people rushed to the front desk. Instead of wait their turn everyone was shoving paperwork at her and instead of an organized quick check in I ended up being there for more than 20 minutes as she allowed people to just push in front of me. This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to check into a hotel anywhere in the world.

There was no system to pay with card. The shower on my room was a bit ruined. Other commons areas were in good conditions, the smell of the place was ok. I didn’t like having only buffet as an option for dinner. I was looking forward to a more healthy and light dinner. The hosting was very good. Personnel were very friendly and kind.

AIR CONDITIONING!!! The room was ice cold just what we needed after being in so many places without much AC in Panamá! The restaurant and lobby areas could use a boost to the AC though! They had very good food but you are dripping in sweat while eating and so is your waitress and that’s just gross! Nice place to stay close to the airport for our early flight home!

I'm a life-long insomniac. I never..ever...get a decent night's sleep. The bed in my room (224) here at the Crowne Plaza was so comfortable that K actually slept PAST checkout time!! The one thing I found lacking was a mini-bar. No mini-bar? What!? I don't drink, but I would have killed someone for a bottle of sparkling water at 2am!! The hotel was clean and quiet, and I enjoyed my stay. Good job, everyone!!

Booked a room for the night of 4/20 due to an 11 hour layover in Panama. I checked in around 9 with ease. Room cool & clean. Lots of water stains on carpet by a/c & on the lamp shades. Around 11pm an extremely noisy party with loud drumming kicked off. It lasted until 2am!!! I had to get up for my flight at 4am. I paid for a comfy bed and ZERO sleep. Front desk informed it was from a suite &.acted like no problem this is normal. I wasted $150...would've been more peaceful in the airport!!!

For a Crown hotel not to have reliable internet is a shame for those who travel for business. The service in general in this hotel was poor, ordering food was like pulling a tooth out, they were not customer service at all, really the only thing good, is that is close by the airport other than that…won’t repeat

Easy check in and lovely staff. A shuttle is provided every hour on the hour to the airport about a 5-ish minute drive away. Nice buffet food in the restaurant as well as menu options. There’s also an open bar alongside the restaurant in the main lobby area. It’s all conveniently laid out and the pool and outdoor area is right off the lobby and very nice. The room I booked on Expedia was a king bed with pool view but the ‘pool view’ was a bit of a stretch. It was firstly a ‘roof’ view and then when you looked down and to the left, there was the pool. It’s off putting when the truth is embellished. I decided to mention it to the front desk staff and they tried to accommodate me with another room but I asked if they would consider refunding me the 35. USD early check-in fee instead as I didn’t feel like moving rooms, and they graciously did.

The property was clean with modern facilities, and the front desk staff and Bellman we’re pleasant and helpful. But, when arriving in, we were only provided with two bath towels, no hand towels, no face cloths. There was a sign in the shower, indicating that we would need to run the shower for at least a minute prior to getting hot water, but despite running the shower for well over a minute, we never got hot water. When eating in the restaurant, the staff served other people around us prior to serving us, despite us being seated first, and it took an exceptionally long time to receive our order despite it being salad. my husband also ordered a brand of beer that was displayed in the cooler upon entering the hotel, but was told that it was sold out when trying to order it in the restaurant. The stuff in the restaurant were pleasant, but it was like they were focussed on other things besides serving customers. There was one staff member that appeared to be managerial, and took him intervening to get anything accomplished.
