I stayed for 4 nights and would strongly recommend this hotel for visitors travel to Tokyo because of its convenient location, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff and amazing views from the hotel rooms.

We have a short but lovely stay at this property that exceeded our expectations given the average hotel in Japan can be so small. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and was only about 30 minutes by taxi from the Haneda airport. We had a 4 BR room that was convenient and the kids enjoyed the quality of the shower and amenities. The breakfast buffet was lovely satisfying both Japanese and American tastebuds and had a spectacular view of the Bay. Notably, one of the belldesk employees, May (Mei?) was very helpful to us as she spoke excellent English and was able to answer all fo our tourist questions. Note that you'll be 45 minutes on average from major tourist sites within Tokyo by subway but the family enjoyed the subway/train rides so they never felt too long.

Coffee shop is closed until 11, and in the room you get a little packet of disgusting instant coffee and a water boiler.
All of the electronics are yellowed and outdated, and the design feels like the 80s.
Just a bad hotel. Don't stay here.

The staff is incredible, so helpful and kind. While it is a family hotel and it can be a bit noisy, this is true, it’s still an incredible hotel, spacious, wonderful staff and the food is also excellent.

We needed a hotel quickly as our flight was cancelled, this place was very nice with fabulous views over the river and of the Statue of Liberty. The hood at the grill was wonderful.

Convenient location since train stations stops right in front of the hotel. There is also a mall right across the hotel. Clean rooms.
