Hotel was just as expected based on other reviews. Room was clean, but hallways etc were dirty. Breakfast was limited. They seemed to be struggling with the number of visitors during our stay and never had coffee available.

Unfortunately there is not an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. I tried to explain to the front desk that my wife has bad knees, so we ask for a room on the first floor. They did not seem to care and woild not move us. Alao after my wife's struggle with the stairs we got to our room and the door was cracked open, it was not clean and ww had no towels. Very disappointing

Upon entering the room, it was clear they sprayed Lysol air spray to make the room appear clean, making it hard to breath then there was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor, hair (you know) on the toilet seat with the toilet seat wet like it was sprayed with something, female hair on the bathroom floor (didn’t belong to anyone with me), a random black sock on the side of the desk, and the comforter was rough and scratchy. Very disappointed and will not return or recommend anyone to go there.

Took 15-20 mins to check in at desk. Mgr didn’t know her passwords to computers. 1st Room smelt like weed, and dirty, unsecure front door when we finally received room keys. Spoke to Mgr. Moved to second room, found blood, feces, and other on and in beds DIRTY room. Urine in bathroom, I cleaned and fowl. We packed up and left the hotel Drove 65 miles to a clean and safe location. New Owner has employee issues for sure Never ever would I stay or recommend to anyone. The Mgr Couldn’t even refund the stay properly. She was having a bad day, our anniversary trip was destroyed due to this experience with this Hotel Sad

Beautiful area, nice rooms. The front desk recommended the Longhorn for dinner. Excellent food, large portions. The only negative was the temperature of the shower was no constant. It would bounce around from cold to hot.

This was a good choice for the area. Quiet, semi-private…. no thoroughfare for odd traffic. I felt the cleanliness wasn’t up to par for the initial impression. Debris under edges of bed, a rogue hair (not ours) on the shower wall, mildew spots on bathroom ceiling and no bathroom fan. The bedspreads seemed well used, maybe time to replace? I’m not super squeamish but come on…! I also am VERY familiar with being a hotel room cleaner. That was my first paycheck job at 14 and for several years after. I know it can be gross. Your grounds are beautiful, the pool and hot tub were nice. The provided breakfast was typical but good. The morning staff was a bit grumpy, and did give me more towels, but I was sternly told no coffee yet! Ok no worries RELAX deliver that with a smile and it helps. I would give your place another chance but please review with your staff. I’m a regular down to earth person and understand the difficulty. I also want to feel satisfied about paying over 100.00 for a room. One last thing, I know the tipping world is on its head, so a blatant handwritten request for tip and envelope for tip on a room that was not up to snuff obviously remained empty. I like to tip it feels nice all around, but I will not be coerced and guilted when a tip is not appropriate.

Air conditioner worked good. Beds uncomfortable. We stayed 3 nights they didn't clean our room. We asked if they could clean empty garbage put toilet paper towels etc. we told them they didn't have to make the beds. They didn't do anything. We had to ask for towels daily. I'm glad I brought toilet paper with me.

This was our fourth stay at tombstone Grand hotel. The staff is wonderful they do an excellent job. The rooms need some repairs.

Check in was standard and fairly easy. The front desk person was entirely over worked and needs more help. The room was average and what we expected for the rate. The mattresses were incredbily uncomfortable which lead to a lot of tossing and turning and not much rest. It also lead to the fitted sheet popping off exposing blood (not ours) on one of the corners of the sheet. Not sure if it was just permanently stained or just never really turned over. There were also dried boogers found on the wall. We called down and asked for additional pillows and were told they had none to give because they were completely booked for the night. Overall, we got what we paid for, but we will not stay here again or recommend it. The property was recently sold to wyndham so hopefully that results in some staffing and house keeping changes.

Great swimming pool area and breakfast. Even had 5 deer visit us at the window at breakfast. Very close to town for all the things to do, or to get a bite to eat.

I liked how comfortable the beds are, the ease of the temperature controls, the friendly helpfulness of the front desk clerk (she especially made sure to let us know our room key catds would be nullified by being too closr to active cell phones), the quality of the coffee, shsmpoo, and soap--all quite good.

This is an older property, but it is kept up fairly well. It is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. While this is not a luxurious place, the location (close to historic Tombstone), the cleanliness and kindness and price makes it worthwhile. Be aware there is no elevator, so if you can't do stairs, be sure to reserve a 1st floor room. Breakfast, while limited, was sufficient. Think European breakfast. The only hot item was instant oatmeal, waffles and whatever you toasted in the toasters. They had bread, bagels and english muffins. A few cereal choices, oranges, apples. The pool looked a bit green, but still inviting. The spa was well attended. The price was good - I'd stay here again if I were to ever visit Tombstone again.

The property was near the Tombstone city attractions and shopping. Good place to stay with the family for a visit to Tombstone. No elevator for access to 2nd floor rooms and the facilities could use some upgrades. Continental breakfast was standard and similar to other chain hotels. Night staff was less than pleasant at times and their security training was poor for room access.

They had no elevator and needed accessible had a second floor room and had to climb stairs which was very difficult. Asked for a first floor room and they could not accommodate us. Hotel is old and had not been updated. Staff at check in seemed confused and distracted.

I booked 2 rooms via Expedia and paid in full at the time of booking. 3 weeks later when we arrived, they took a card to have on file, which is normal, but then charged me for both rooms again. Calls to them and even Expedia's help could not get a resolution. Nice hotel for the area though, just book and pay at the time as they may try to stiff you as they did me.

The deciding factor for choosing this hotel was it has a pool and hot tub but they were not open for use during our stay. I’ve read this same comment from other guests prior to our stay so it must be a common occurrence.

I was charged twice for the room was told I would be reimbursed and I was not. No elevator. They were also under construction which is great but we didn’t know that prior to and a courtesy call would have been nice.
