'We had occasion to visit Fayetteville in Mid-May for a wedding. This was our first trip to the area and this house is in a great location for getting around Fayetteville and also easy access to Bentonville (assuming you have a car). 'This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area!'

'My family and I stayed at The Blessing House for my nephew’s graduation. This is a wonderful place! Lots of character to the house. A quiet neighborhood. The only problem we had was not receiving the entry code. The property owner responded quickly, so this was minor. I highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back and stay again!'

When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not.
