'Susan Jeff are obviously seasoned and experienced hosts. Their impeccable attention to details is amazing! Susan greeted us Briefly and warmly, and then left us to ourselves. The apartment in their home in a newer, upscale development was very clean and spacious. They had left us little gifts each day and a helpful binder with suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. Very quiet neighborhood, but 5-10 minutes away from restaurants and shopping.'

'My husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food....

'Our stay at this property was wonderful. It had all the amenities you need. We loved the kitchen as we cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner there. Everything was immaculate and we love this area of Boothbay. The owners are great and the property manager was fabulous when we ran into a car problem and she arranged another night for us so we could make alternate plans to get home. We would definitely stay here again if available'

'This property is a refurbished boat house. I realize that all of the pictures are accurate but the place is WAY BETTER than I expected. First of all, the space is HUGE, at more than 800 sq ft. It has a king size bed, a futon, a couch, a dining room table, a huge desk, a bar, a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a washer/dryer, and a bathroom with tub. 'We had a great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Due to storm damage, our original booked cottage was not available and Deb offered us a different (much larger) home without added cost. We greatly appreciated it so we didn't have to cancel our vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The area is beautiful and the beach was very clean. You cannot beat the views from the home. We look forward to staying here again!'
