'I stayed at two other rental properties before this one. What a relief when I arrived here! Ana was very helpful and communicative. Everything was clean, new and upscale. And its in the Ridges resort so there is a great environment, a wonderful place to walk, safe and the all the amenities of the resort. The large tub was awesome. I slept very well. I can think of nothing negative to say about this property - and that is a first for me! Thank you for a nice stay.'

'Very clean with everything you need for a relaxing time in the mountains. The property managers, Jerry & Sally Mass, went above & beyond to answer any questions and see that we had everything we needed. 'We were spending time as a family to celebrate our son's first Christmas. The property management was top notch and even included Christmas decorations that weren't expected but definitely appreciated! This property is everything we could have asked for and more.'

'When we arrived we noticed the exterior grounds needed attention. We had to contact the owners about no gas in the fireplace. We found two ticks and a dead cockroach. The ceiling fans were full of dust. The drywall joint tape was peeling from the walls. The ad claimed no pets allowed. We found animal toys in plain sight. This caused me to develop a sight sinus condition. We will never rent from them again. We should be reimbursed partial cost as we left a day early.'
