'We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. 'Great spacious apartment , good value and good communication. Was a little noisy a couple of times hearing other app’ TV / chatting and facing the road outside but minimal. Some areas of the apartment could be improved , touch up of the paint , shower tap needs tightening, but overall very well presented and good amenities such as TV with streaming services. 'This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!'

An issue happened out of anyone's control and we had to vacate the property before the end of our rental term. 'We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants.
