'Very clean, safe location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Only real issue with the property that we experienced was that our hot water heater wasn’t heating up. The maintenance guys came quickly, and fixed the issue. They were very professional, personable, and polite. Also, no on-site parking, which was a little inconvenient. 'Mooi hotel met voldoende faciliteiten. We zijn zeer tevreden met de balie personeel. De wasruimte was ook gratis en perfect. Maar helaas hebben ze ons kamer voor 3 dagen niet verschoond. Bedden zijn niet opgemaakt. Vuilnisbakken bleven vol. Zeep en shampoo pompjes waren leeg bij binnenkomst. We zijn alleen daardoor teleurgesteld. Maar de rest was prima. Mooie zwembad, fitness, shuttlebus en goed ontbijd.'

'Really nice place. It is an older property but has been rehabbed and in great shape. Kept very clean. Nice patio area in back sitting on the waterway. Ate breakfast out there both days. 1 block walk from the beach. Hotel has chairs available to take to beach but unfortunately no umbrellas. Close proximity to restaurants, boat/jet ski rentals. 'We love walking the beach and this location was perfect for that. Never had visited St Pete’s Beach until this stay. Made sure each day that we were walking the beach before 9 am to avoid the tattoo crowd. St Pete’s Beach is pretty tickey tack and commercial but the beach is beautiful in the morning. Access to the beach from this condo was easy. Go to Ft DeSoto Park for more pristine nature.'
