'A Retreat for Three Ladies. The house was spotless, it was beautiful, it was exactly what we needed! Comfortable Beds, HOT HOT (welcoming) Water, and a serene back yard.... we didn't' want to leave.'

'This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were...

'We found this to be very comfortable and a good location. We visited Provincetown, Nantucket, and everything in between. The house has comfortable beds, plenty of room, nice kitchen. Enjoyed our stay!'

'Everything we wanted and more! Located right up the road from the beach. Very cozy feel inside with a fenced in back yard and a fire place! If your looking for a more personal stay at the cape, this is the spot!!!'

'We loved being able to walk to cafes, restaurants and the bookstore and the proximity of the bike path meant that we didn't need our car much at all. We rode bikes to lunch spots, the beach, and to the pickleball courts. The house was tidy and had everything we needed.'

'We had a great stay. Central location, very quiet street. The property is just as listed with one added highlight - the back deck was a great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Our only challenge was communication - before our stay we got lots of email, VRBO and text messages, but they all seemed to be coming from different people. It was impossible to know which info was correct.'

'We loved staying at this house for our October trip to the Cape. We were 2 families, each with 2 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of space for everyone (the unfinished basement was surprisingly perfect for the kids to hang out in!), and the location was lovely. Right by a trail to gorgeous Nickerson, and close to lots of food and beach options. The hosts were very kind and welcoming (they even included a very thoughtful welcome package with local goodies). Would definitely stay here again!!'

'A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price.'

'Great house...only comment is the driveway could be paved better...refrigerator needs an upgrade with ice maker and filtered water and kitchen needs a kurig. Otherwise we loved it.'
