Dear Luis, we apologize you had a slow check in as we are training a new front desk girl. We appreciate your patience. I do see that as a Gold member, we did upgrade you for free to a King Suite, and again Ty did not know to over a bottle of wine, but I assure you tat we have spoken with her so this does not occur again in the future. My Front office manager did apologize at check out and he did give you a bottle of wine. We sincerely apologize.

Dear Debra, We are pleased that you enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. On the other hand, we apologize you were not happy with our pool key policy, but it is necessary to keep track of who is in our pool area. In the mornings we do authorize all arrivals to make sure all reservations are valid as per hotel policy, it is not a charge, only an authorization. Our mattresses are less than a year old and they are from Serta Simmons. Again, we sincerely apologize you were not happy with your stay.
