One of the towels and a blanket on the bed had a mystery red stain, and the carpet going from the room to the bathroom was wet when we got there, but aside from that it was a great hotel. Very clean, staff was super friendly, the breakfast was pretty nice, the pool was nice and clean, and the hotel itself was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The man that called me was so rude and disrespectful i will never book with them anymore and yea he threatening to cancel my reservation so i told him go ahead because he do stop nothing and it was for my son birthday party. Find another better price and better customer service

I am sorry but can somebody please explain how is it my fault??? She made the reservation for two rooms with invalid credit card. I sent her several massages through Expedia, asking her to update her credit card, she did not respond. Day before her arrival date I gave her courtesy call, hoping she would update the card, because we were sold out. Instead of updating the card she started dis respecting me, and started cursing at me. At that point I informed her that she has been placed on DO NOT RENT list. I don't even know how she got this survey ??? Her reservation was canceled at no charge and she has no right to do review for my hotel. Thank you.

There was no breakfast ready We waited 15 minutes and there was still no breakfast ready. We couldnt wait any longer and left. In room 206, the bed sheets had some holes in them. We were not warned about the bathroom having a clear wall so no one showered. They also said it was not very clean.

The carpet was not clean, too many stains. The quilt had a spot that made you think it was not clean. There was not a new toilet paper roll. The TV remote control didn't work.

I was nervous staying here after seeing the reviews about the bedbugs (read them after we already checked in). We did check around the room and didnt see signs of any infestation. The mattresses looked pretty new. Only giving 3 stars because the room was dirty when we walked in (crumbs on the floor under the sofa) and the sheets had stains on them. Wasn't the worst place I've stayed in but still decent for the price.

Encontré dos cucarachas en el baño, cuando llegué no había nadie en la recepción y tardé bastante en hacer el check in. Al salir tampoco había nadie en el mostrador para hacer el check out. Checkin person never smiled, scanned dr. lic. and credit card w/o permission. Room had no hair dryer, a torn curtain, frig didn't work, CNN and Fox news had no signal. Bathroom light was out, shower handle loose, tub drained very slowly, fan didn't work. Pool/hot tub closes at 8pm, but sign says it closes at 10pm. Breakfast was not good--no fruit at all, sign says build your own omelet, but no omelets nor toppings. Sign says make your own breakfast sandwich with meat, cheese, egg, but there's no meat nor cheese. When I told staff they laughed it off, said well, there should be meat, but they didn't check. Really a badly managed place.

Everything was good but the room was not clean. The bathroom had hair everywhere. The tub and shower was very dirty look like it was not cleaned in weeks. It was a no smoking room at the were cigarette butts in the room. The first room they gave me the shower did not work and the tub did not drain
