Our first time at this hotel and I was trying to keep an optimistic mindset, but we won't ever stay here again. The first floor smelled like mildew mixed with hairspray. The second floor smelled like 420 mixed with mildew The fridge we saw needed love and more. We checked in and immediately walked down to the pool. There were no towels in the pool area (also no heat tub). Positive note: the pool was slightly warm. That's pretty much all the positivity about this property One thing I would mention, regardless of stars, the staff never left me questioning. There were very resourceful and knowledgeable. As for the hotel though. I would not stay here again.

Check in was an absolute nightmare. We went into our room and found sheets piled against the wall with our bed not made. The lady at the front desk then sent us into another room that also had dirty sheets in addition to dirty towels lying all over the bathroom. After going back to the front desk, we waited 30 minutes in the lobby for the manager to clean four or five rooms because apparently housekeeping neglected to do their jobs. To top this all off, the elevator button for the lobby was broke so we had to carry all of our luggage up and down two flights of stairs. After finally getting into a clean room (which was two queens as opposed to the one king bed we reserved and paid for) the room was sufficient and we had a good night's sleep.

The hotel was dirty as was areas of my room. The elevator would only go to the 2nd floor as the 1st floor button was missing entirely, which forced us to take the stairs. Loaded with bags and having an injured back made that difficult for me. A light bulb was burned out in my room. I asked the desk for one but they didn’t seem to know where to find one. I won’t be coming back again.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The rickety elevator broke while we were there so we had to bring all of our things down the stairs when we left. The elevator was half open for 2 days with no out of order sign or the opening blocked off. We had to walk by multiple workers smoking at the front door every time we walked in. Had multiple police show up at the hotel during our stay. Was not safe at all.

Let's start with the good. Tara at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I had keys that wouldn't work repeatedly, tvs that wouldnt work. The entire check in process took well over 30 minutes due to these issues which i was very annoyed at. Having to walk back & forth to the front desk w/my luggage. Was assigned THREE different rooms to find one that a tv would work! The property is DISGUSTING. Carpets are stained & dirty. I had gum or something sticky in my room. Hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, you can hear people above you which is very unpleasant. Was told breakfast was at 630 get down there & she says it's not ready until 7 then goes back there & says its ready ? Everything was ready to serve so i didnt understand her telling me it wasnt?? The entire property is worn down and outdated, and most of all DIRTY. It is located next to a nice shopping center, nice places to eat and the mall. But don't stay there, its trully disgusting.

They sent me to a toom that was not clean first. But they put me in another room quickly. However, the tv did not work. The worst part was when my fiance called for more toilet paper, we were told they did not have any.

A little uncomfortable by all those just "hanging"
There was a lot of people just hanging out. I realize it was the weekend, but the people that were just hanging looked like that they had been there awhile. Not a place I will go back too. This seemed more like an extended stay type of environment than one that you are staying at for a short trip or a business trip.

No one should stay at this property until it is cleaned up. It had some very sketchy people working there and the surroundings made us feel scared about staying the night (which is sad because it is located right next to the mall and good eating establishments). We ended up leaving and the poor lady working the desk was in tears because ipeople checking in at the same time were complaining about keys not working, rooms being dirty etc. it was a real mess. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked it.

First, I would like to mention the helpful staff who were able to check me in and assist me. That was very much appreciated. However, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. There were a couple of issues I encountered while staying: - Bedroom state: When I arrived to the room, it did not look like it was properly maintained as the lamp was ripped, the bath tub in the room had strands of hair on the wall. Combined with the dust that was collected on the AC, the room environment was less than ideal - Breakfast options: Limited options to choose from when I checked the breakfast lounge (existing option was alright but could be expanded further) - (Entrance) There were multiple instances where the hotels cards provided would not unlock my room nor the hotel entrance. As a result, I had to constantly go downstairs to the lobby to get it fixed. I heard this is a frequent issue and hope that management can improve this in future. Overall, it was a below average experience and hope that the place can implement these changes.

We stayed for 5 days from Minnesota and it was so convenient driving around! Staff were very kind and friendly and breakfast was always on point with that waffle maker they got there!

well do begin with the computer was down from morning until night. first key did not work plus being a non smoking hotel there was cigarette smoke. desk clerk stated it was probably cleaning person. i called at 9:30 in the morning and the phone rang and rang. finally the desk clerk answered and was having trouble talking to me as she was also frying eggs for the guest since they had no kitchen person. when i got there at 4 to check in the same lady (who was wonderful) again stated that the computer was down and they were working from one lap top people were in the lobby to check in so they had to wait quite a while. the manager at that time finally came in. so since our first key did not work and smoke was on the floor we were given another key. opened the door and the room was filty and not cleaned. so we went to the desk and the morning lady was still there trying to please everyone. the manager heard that our room was not clean and saw people in the lobby so she left. the poor breakfast desk clerk was all by herself not knowing what happened to the manager. the guests were looking out the window and first we thought she left however she was taking a smoke. finally the manager came in. the morning manager canceled out reservations due to all the problems we encountered and saw. the computer system was still down. i am hoping that i will be getting a refund on this reservation. i will second plan on comfort inn for any reservations.

Don't get fooled by the good reviews.
I've stayed at Comfort Inns at different locations and had wonderful experiences but this weekend, we stayed at the Tulsa OK (Woodland Hills) an it was awful. I could tell from the lack of cleanliness when I walked through the door, but against my better judgement I still stayed 2 nights. When I arrived at almost 9pm,(keep in mind check in was 3pm) the room wasn't ready, so we took the key and went to the grocery store. When we got back the we were exhausted. The bedsheets looked as if they just remade the bed from the previous guest and never changed the sheets. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. So we put clean towels on top of the blanket. The next morning (Saturday)we left out at 9am and before leaving we requested room service. We got back at around 8:45pm and the keys didn't work. Went to the front and got new keys. Went back to the room only to discover NO ONE had cleaned the room. When we went back to the front desk the lady was very rude about it and pretty much said "oh well" and gave us some clean but dingy looking towels. There was a gentleman there that heard the conversation and could only offer an apology. Later that night (early Sunday morning) we were awakened to a couple cursing and yelling at one another in the hallway outside our door which by the way had a large gap at the bottom. Sunday as we were getting our things together to check out early, a ROACH was crawling down the wall. NEVER AGAIN! Won't upload a pic.

Bed sheets not changed. Pair of red fuzzy socks in the bed. Room smelled, window was open, trying to air it out. We left within 10 minutes, Comfort Inn would not refund our 2 night stay. Thank you Hotels.com for refunding us, but Comfort Inn should have had the decency to do so.

I know I arrived to my room. The linens were on top of the bed dirty. There was spilled milk in the bathroom the soap for the shower was in Plastic cups in the bathroom Because it's too hard for them to refill the ones that are hanging on the wall in the shower, the manager said. They sent someone to clean the room and we were up there At the room while he cleaned it, and he wasn't even gonna vacuum or clean the bathroom. He just made the beds. I had to vacuum myself. Originally I had booked for a king room and they gave me a double. I have stayed here over thirty times in the last year and I asked them if they could Give me another night. They said no the best I can do is give you ten percent off.

There was nobody at the desk when I got there and no bell or anything, so there was a wait to check in. The room had not been cleaned. There was a bag of trash, plus more trash in a garbage can. There were wet towels in the bathtub. The bed was not made. I stayed there five nights and never had anyone clean the room. The garbage that was there when I checked in was still there when I left. The breakfast area was hit or miss. One day, there were no forks. Another day, there was no milk or fruit or fruit juice. When I did see workers, they were friendly. The location was convenient and the price was reasonable.
