Prettig hotel downtown. Goed advies gekregen voor een restaurant en daaarbij gratis shuttle service naar en van het restaurant. Prima!

When I called to request a child crib they took ages to find my booking switching my call from one person to another and still despite them having promised - the crib was not ready 3 hours later when we arrived. Looks like the request was never communicated to the property. The hotel management however was nice and tried their best to accommodate our request quickly. Nice hotel with terrible phone helpline.

The only thing I did not like about the property is we had to pay 25.00 for parking. They said it would be taken out of my 50.00 they take out at check in when I left, however I was charged twice for my parking and no one could fix it. So I paid 50.00 for one night of parking.

Air conditioning did not work properly. Room was hot the entire stay. Market service was incredibly slow and attendant made it very known that she did not want to serve people. Took multiple attempts to get towels for the pool. Only one lamp in room worked. Was overcharged at end of stay and never received my emailed receipt.

Everything was wonderful except housekeeping did not provide enough towels or coffee and creamers. Barely had enough toilet tissue. The rest of staff and restaurant were wonderful but a cup of coffee and towel for each guest should have been available.

Nice facility & nice staff. The parking cost certainly needs to be pointed out & explained better. I was charged $40 for one night of parking. This is unacceptable. The lot apparently is owned by a separate entity & the hotel could do nothing about the charge. “If” there was some way that they could have validated the ticket before you leave the garage (that’s when you have to pay to get out) they never said anything about that and certainly should

Why have an ac control unit in the room if it won't set to the temp and fan speed you desire? Room was far too warm, I adjusted the ac 3 times, and 3 times it reverted back to muggy swamp mode.

The location was very convenient for our needs while there. The property was mediocre at best, cracks in the parking garage and the gates didn’t want to work as they should to the point of having staff in the parking lot having to radio in to get them lifted, the pool ladder was loose, guests left trash lying around everywhere which was left for long periods of time. Definitely should have checked to make sure the rooms had microwaves, I think we are at a point in time where it is a room standard. It was definitely overpriced for what you actually receive. The card keys were very iffy on when they wanted to work. Hilton could absolutely do better with this location.

Great Hotel. Food not so much.
Hotel really nice!! All staff we encountered extremely friendly. Hotel restaurant and room service are subpar unfortunately. Room service took over an hour and they forgot our coffee. Restaurant lost our food order and had to reorder and was not very good. We ate it cause we were starving. That part needs work. Cookies are fabulous!!

The parking garage was a little sketch but aren’t they all? This was a very nice and very well run hotel. The staff were all super friendly and super helpful and accommodating and the suite I stayed in was phenomenal.
