Stayed here during my 12 hour layover in Hong Kong and it was a wonderful experience. They provided transportation to and from the airport and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is also connected to a huge outlet mall so although we arrived late, there were plenty dining/entertainment options available still.

Location was fantastic! So convenient! We appreciate the shuttle to and from the airport. Service was excellent. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms could use a lot of improvement. Main concern was the trouble we were having with the water temperature of the showers. The temp was fluctuating so much we couldn’t shower properly. It was especially difficult for our kids. The water would get warm, so cold and then so hot every 5 seconds. They tried their best to resolve the issue by switching us to another room but it was still an issue. The rooms could use more practical features, like towel hooks, racks and more cabinet space. Also, the rooms were pretty dusty. My daughter dropped her toy under the chair and it came up with so much dust. The shelves with the glasses and teapot was dusty as well. Our second room didnt have an air filter. Over all enjoyed our stay but rooms need improving.

Close proximity to airport which meets our #1 need. Hotel also offers frequent free shuttle service and this is a wonderful feature. I found the doors (room door plus toilet door) are heavy and post challenges to some people. Staff members are professional. Found a little slow posting credit card deposit refund though, this may be credit card company issue. Overall a very wonderful experience.

THE HOTEL IS JUST 2 YRS OLD AND IS LOCATED ABOVE CITYGATE AND VERY CLOSE TO NGONG PING 360. I was very DISAPPOINTED 😞 with the BED in room 519 COULD NOT SLEEP. THE CENTER spring of the bed has caved in. IT IS LOWER and it's like my butt is sinking... The shower water is flowing out of the door and the Automated Toilet is so small. I am not so big but it feels like a kiddy toilet... feels so terrible.

The property itself is pretty new so that’s a plus. However, the location is really weird. It does not have a main entrance. The lift to the ground floor does not work. You can only enter inside the mall which is pretty confusing and hard to find. Additionally the target customer seems to be mainland Chinese tourists which can affect the room condition, for example there is a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom. It is a not bad hotel but doesn’t match the price given that it’s so far away from the main district.

Staying just for a night while transiting, easy to get to from airport with a free shuttle. Stay were lovely Room is great Bed was super soft and easy to sleep in. Loved the shower Breakfast is a must if you stay. The pool is great to escape the Hong Kong heat Great stay!
