'My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The home was quite comfortable and had all the amenities for a pleasant visit to range land Colorado. We explored Fairplay and even returned to Denver via Hwy 285. Our trip was mostly about the Ski areas but it was nice to visit other aspects of Colorado.'

'Loved the design and layout with all bedrooms downstairs. Very easy access and close to town. Fully stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy with soft couch, great bedding, soft pillows and comfortable mattresses. Only a few things we didn’t love: There was a septic like odor downstairs in bedroom area. Home is on main road with constant traffic. Not bad when sleeping with doors and windows closed but loud if open or big trucks go by. The bathrooms could use a few...

'Stayed for a relaxing bachelorette weekend. Weather didn't go as planned but we had a great time anyway. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Upon arriving, maintenance stopped by to make sure we were set and answer any questions. It is within a couple minutes of town and hot springs. The views were beautiful, even had about a dozen deer come up to the house. Definitely recommend.'

'This was our second time staying and it's one of the most well stocked vacation rentals we've stayed at. They have thought of everything. It's a wonderful spot. One thing to note is there are a lot of air fresheners and fragrances at this home. This is tough for our family so mentioning it in case it's tough for yours.'
