'This property was exactly as described. Super clean, spacious, comfortable beds, couch was big and cozy, and the showers were hot and had good water pressure. 'The stay was excellent. Slept very well, enjoyed the apartment. It was well furnished and conveniently located to both downtown and suburbs. 'Had a really nice stay at this property. You can tell the owners put a lot of work in to provide a nice clean place for people to stay. The kitchen feature was great to minimize having to eat out and location was great with a giant supermarket, cvs and walgreens near by as well as a really great restaurant the celtic house all walkable. Owner of property was very nice and and answered my questions promptly. Would definitely stay again if was in the area and the owners would have me.'

'It was a great space to stay in for a trip to the museums. The neighborhood felt safe and had lots of walking food options that are celiacs friendly. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there and I and my daughter ended up getting the flu bad and we saw next to nothing! 'It is near Dulles airport but very quiet neighborhood. We didn't hear any airplanes flying over. It is a good place to stay before or after a long trip. 'This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!'

'What a beautiful apartment, close to wine country and in beautiful surroundings. Very modern finishes and beautifully decorated with attention to detail, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio. 'This was cute little place north of the city. The basement apartment had everything we needed (and more) and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with easy parking on the street right in front of the apartment. The Metro was pretty much a straight 3/4 mile walk from the apartment and very convenient to use. We never touched our car the whole week.'

'Location is awesome. Sketchy steps to get down there so be careful but the apartment was just as described. Really comfy bed and pillows. Some things were a little run down and I couldn’t get the TV to work, otherwise I would’ve ranked this higher. Place is appropriately priced for the area.'
