'The service at the hotel is very bad. There is no attendant at the lobby bar. You have to get up every time and go to the reception and inform them. The hotel has a general heating system. and was closed on May 15. I spent the first night in my coat under the duvet. After 3 meetings, they brought me a heater on the second day. mini bar is empty. There could be a much better service for this money.'

'The hotel is wonderful, the restaurants are great, the staff is fantastic. The only thing I would change is to allow water to be thrown on the rocks in the sauna. The HUUM Electric sauna stove is designed for allowing water on the stones and the sauna is beautiful, but there is a sign not allowing. This is a mistake by the management that needs to be reviewed to make this spa area perfect. '
