'The property is as advertised. If you have a lot of people that just needs a place to sleep and collect yourseves, this is a wonderful place fir the price. 'This was my first experience (and last) with your company. The root cellar, unfinished basement, began passing thru metal cellar doors down a steep stairwell. 'My pup and I stayed at this perfect little spot for a 3 night business trip. It is the middle of three apartments/suites within one building. There are 3+ acres to explore with the pup which they had snowplowed a perfect loop (although of course the pup wanted to go off the trail!). It was quiet and easy to find and park. 'The place is very comfortable. It's the ground floor of an older, large farmhouse and has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen & a bunk bed), 1 bathroom, 2 TVs, lots of cards and board games! The young couple who own the house live upstairs and are very nice and helpful, too. They have dogs and it was remarkably quiet despite them being right up stairs. They also have chickens and roosters! We brough our dogs, too. They have a large unfenced yard but do have a large penned area for the dogs.'
