The place and the staff are spectacular just be aware that if you book the economy room as an add on to the standard double room, the 4th bed is a fold out chair.

Alexandria who checked us in also gave us confidence to check out buses opposite the hotel, where we could get to Iseltward jetty, the famous Korean drama film site Crash Landing on You, in just half hour. Then the same bus stop every hour brings us back to hotel for hot chocolate foc. There are delicious family run steak house, Thai restaurant, Indian restaurant, Korean and Chinese restaurant too. Breathless glacier mountain view outside our bedroom windows. Lake view from five minutes walk around the safe neighborhood. The superior twin bed rooms are so comfortable, big and cheerfully bright. Bathroom is newly renovated too. Hotel Free breakfast is very delicious. So easy to get to Interlaken West station to get to Grindelwald, Lauterbrennen, Brienz Cruises and more with SBB mobile app and half travel card. Inexpensive

Within walking distance of Interlaken city centre's high street. Spacious rooms. The rooms are nicely and delicately decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes. The breakfast is delicious, featuring local foods, including cheese, bread, and yoghurt. Easy car parking.

It is a well located hotel a bit dated
The hotel is well located, the views from the room were amazing. Easy check in, great breakfast. The hotel and rooms are a bit dated. The room itself was clean (clean bathroom, towels, beds) however the room had a very uncomfortable smell of sweat and cigarette so we slept with the window open, it needed a more deeper cleaning to get rid of it. It was a bit disappointing. And the pillows were not comfortable at all

This hotel is very accommodating and clean. The breakfast includes hot and warm items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the main train station. It is close to dining options by walking. Will stay again.

비싸지만 평범한 숙소
호텔방은 좋았어요 조식은 첫날은 맛있었지만 며칠이나 같은 메뉴인게 좀 아쉬웠습니다 그리고 엘리베이터가 있지만 짐을들고 복잡한 구조의 계단을 다니는게 조금 힘들었어요 그리고 방음이 잘 안되는게 아쉬웠어요 하지만 전반적으로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다

We had a group of 9 people and absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Beausite. Charming hotel in amazing location with wonderful staff. John and other staff members were very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beausite hotel in Interlaken. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Their free breakfasts were the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel! I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a great value!!

Amazing service and stay!
Such an amazing stay at Hotel Beausite. The location is super convenient and a short walk from everything in the town. The view from our room was incredible and the hotel went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast was superb and having coffee/cakes in the afternoon was also amazing.

Our spacious room had a great view of the mountains! Beau site’s staff is wonders—very friendly and informative. The bed was comfortable and breakfast at the hotel is excellent. Only a few things keep this from being 5stars. First, there was no facial tissue in the room—this is pretty basic and is not an “amenity” that should be requested. There is no lamp on the desk, which makes it difficult to use. The shower dispenser was almost empty when we arrived and that should have been checked by the cleaning crew. We would stay here again if we return to Interlaken.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Good location,our rooms on the first floor and next to stairs, can be quite noisy as there were kids shouting and running around the corridor late at night. Also we can hear people upstairs moving around in their bedroom. Breakfast is same every day.
