'We are here just as the hotel reopens for the season. It is a lovely location and I can imagine it's wonderful during the season. Staff is nice, the small grocery store had everything we needed for dinner (the area restaurant was closed the night we came.) The beach here is very accessible unlike the other spots along the transCanadian highway. We almost stopped to spend the night in Wawa and so glad we pushed on for Batchawana Bay!'

'Everything was fine except for the fact that each night we had to completely turn off the heater (and back on during day) and after the second night we had to also unplug the refrigerator. Both were EXTREMELY loud, especially the refrigerator, more than the heater (which most hotels we're used to the louder heaters), which prevented a good night's sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We didn't have time to use the pool. Otherwise no complaints. '
