'Nossa estadia superou as expectativas, o apartamento da Sandra é muito bem distribuído, de bom gosto e bem equipado. E a Sandra é uma excelente anfitriã,super atenciosa,quando precisamos dela ,prontamente nos atendeu. Com certeza retornaremos bem como iremos indicar a amigos.'

'Toutefois il y a 2 problèmes : - l'unique salle de bain/wc étant située dans la chambre est d'un usage très peu pratique pour la 3e personne qui dort dans le salon ( difficile à modifier ) - il n'y a ni volet ni double rideau aux fenêtres du salon, la personne qui y dort est réveillée par la lumière au levé du jour ( il est facile dy remédier)'

'El piso de Enrique es muy amplio y él es encantador, se adapto a nuestro horario de llegada y no tuvimos ningún problema. La estación de tren se encuentra a 3 escasos minutos y el mercadona lo mismo.'

'Our family enjoyed a perfect week at this property. It was plenty spacious for our family of 4, with a well-stocked kitchen. The terrace was bright and felt very private. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, with access to everything you would need. It is an ideal location from which to explore both Russafa and the Old City, and the short walk to both the train station and metro made it easy to get anywhere in Valencia in less than 30 minutes. 'Helpful host, amazing view right in the center of valencia. The rooms and the property were a lot bigger than expected. Enough equipment and things like towels etc. The place was clean and tidy. Only minor issue for us was that there was no airconditioning, we already knew that beforehand and there are fans in every room. But we went end of august and it was pretty hot at that time. But apart from that really well spent money.'

'Just before arriving, i could reach the agency. At the end I had to call, from that moment communication was fine. The place is clean. There is some supplies in the kitchen to use. Locationwise, use the bus to get into the city, beach is quite close. I would go stay here again.'

'Mi é piaciuto l’appartamento, la posizione, e distanza della spiaggia e Alicia é una persona molto gentile e disponibile…però se voglio essere onesta mi sento di dover dire quello che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo. Sono sicuramente cose migliorabili con poco ma che danno un immagine negativa se dovessero essere lasciate così. Abbiamo trovato posaceneri con dentro la cenere, federe dei cuscini con il rimmel nero di qualche ospite precedente e sabbia un po’ sul pavimento e anche sul piano della...
