'The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!'

'This is a wonderful location to access Oakland, Marin, and San Francisco. The neighborhood is wonderful with many views from the property and walking through the neighborhood. Warren is so easy to reach and is very responsive to any questions you might have. The cute little town of Rockridge is only a 20 minute walk away, and of course very accessible by car. So many great independent stores and wonderful restaurant scene.'

'Beautiful cottage furnished with love by Tom and Judy. The room had everything we needed and more. It was well equipped to cozy up and enjoy a quick meal before bedtime or breakfast before we headed out to explore Napa. The beds were super comfortable and Tom even answered my request at 730 am for more towels. He generously shared persimons as well. If you're looking for a quaint place close to wineries but also very economical this is the place!'

'If you are looking for a quiet residential neighborhood where you can be together with family and friends, but also enjoy a quiet, peaceful environment, then I urge you to consider this property. The Guest House is attached to the owner's residence but is spacious, well designed, and decorated beautifully. We are a family of 7 who live 5,000 miles apart who met in Marin County for Christmas. The host had a Christmas Tree up and lights in the garden to greet us. A bottle of wine and a Christmas...

'The place was perfect for 2 people. The only thing that I thought was different was that the bathroom was upstairs. I only say that because in the middle of the night I get lazy and want the bathroom at arms reach. We did not have time to enjoy the backyard even thought the second day was absolutely beautiful spring like day. Enjoyed the stay very much.'

'Beautiful facility just blocks off the main Sonoma square. Very walkable and a great courtyard feel for each of the cottages. Perfect cozy escape after a day of winery’s, shopping and walking. Will definitely be back again! Loved the extra touch of local coffee and wine waiting for our arrival. '

'Prima inn, het enige dat minder was is het incheckmoment (alsof de host er al een lange dag op had zitten en er geen zin meer in had ) en de volgende morgen. Er stond dat er koffie zou zijn, maar dit was op en de host wilde geen nieuwe meer maken. We kregen een restje mee.'

'Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again.'
