'I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.'

'Wij verbleven 3 nachten in dit appartement. Het is een heel fijn appartement met parkeergelegenheid. De keuken is ruim voorzien en er is een grote woonkamer aanwezig. De slaapkamer is ruim en het bed is ook heel comfortabel. Tevens een goede badkamer met alle benodigdheden. Met de auto ben je snel bij diverse supermarkten en restaurants en ook binnen 15 minuten ben je in Hollywood. Wij hebben het heel erg fijn gehad in dit appartement! '

'We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we actually planned our trip around when this place would be available so we could come back. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and has everything we need, including things for breakfast and other fridge/pantry essentials! It’s in a nice quiet area that feels safe while still being close to the things we wanted to go and enjoy. I will recommend this place and these owners wholeheartedly to anyone who asks!'

'Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! 'When we first arrived there was a “call box” to type a code in to gain access to get keys, the call box was broken and it took me about 45 minutes to get access to the building while my husband waited in the car to avoid the tow zone in front. 'There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. 'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view.
