'We had a very enjoyable visit to the Mississippi Coast and the Sandpiper Cottage was the perfect place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location with easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi and Ocean Springs. Hosts Andy & Jennifer were very accommodating, welcoming and provided valuable restaurant & area recommendations! The cottage was totally comfortable and had everything we needed.'

'Overal stay was Very Good. We rented a house and a condo. Didn’t really like the location of the house, but there were no problems. Condo was very close to beach. Appliances were a little outdated and beds could be upgraded also. Overall it was a Great last minute booking and reasonable price!'

'We live in TN and wanted to get to the beach for the weekend. Kathryn's house was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view! We arrived on Friday to an immaculent house and plenty of information to walk us through all of it's features. 'This property is extremely overpriced. The pool was dirty. The yard was unkempt with garbage in it and grassy areas to my mid calf. The back door was apparently blown open by the wind and tore the door jam off— which was put in using penny nails instead of the correct kind. It looked like someone tried to break In but the owner assured us that didn’t happen because if they wanted to they could break in easily and wouldn’t have left it partially broken. 'This house is in a good location if you plan to be out and about. Comfortable beds, all new appliances, decently stocked kitchen, plenty of space.
