De kamer was netjes, de badkamer ook. Er is niet echt goed aangegeven waar de receptie is, we hebben 3 x aangehaald voordat we het duidelijk hadden. Parkeren om in te checken is dan langs de stoeprand, alle plekken voor de deur zijn gereserveerd voor valet. Vervolgens moet je ver weg parkeren en met je koffers zeker 5 minuten lopen. Niet geschikt voor laatste nacht voordat je gaat vliegen als je al je koffers even wil reorganiseren.

Wederom verblijf geboekt. Tis een leuk casino hotel. Wat dicht bij de airport ligt. Het is er netjes maar al wel gedateerd.

I sadly felt that this property is run down and has not been maintained . We used to stay there regularly when they first opened. The room was tidy, however it did not feel clean. Because of this my daughter actually slept on top of her coat. I remember there being a nicer restaurant on the premise, however when I asked they only had a buffet available. They are renovating a new restaurant so that will improve. The casino is now for strictly gambling, there is no sort of atmosphere or entertainment. Save your money and go to Las Vegas.

The room was upgraded to a suite but the room was NOT CLEAN and the bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it. The bare mattress was under the sheet and comforter. Shower was dirty. Dusty. Crack in marble top in bedroom. Stains from drinks on wood furniture. The chair in living room had food crumbs all in the chair under cushion. Floors were dirty and our sock feet got filthy. Brought to management attention at desk and they were supposed to call me back yesterday and never did.

Excellent stay in Richmond, you can literally directly take City Train from airport to the building! The surrounding area is filled with fancy dining choices, a top one choice for vacation in Vancouver!

I stayed at the River rick for a Convention many years ago and always wanted to go back. Our stay this time was somewhat disappointing as the buffet and other restaurants were closed. The grounds at the back were so beautiful before and now are looking dirty and run down. Only one elevator working in out wing. We were given a room upgrade which we really appreciated. very nice suite. I am happy to see that there is some construction gong on so hopefully the grounds are getting upgraded too.

The location is good for getting to Vancouver downtown with the skytrain. Swimming pool great for relaxing. There's construction going on in the facility, at the moment, so that can be distracting.

Just be aware of the room category you book. The hotel tower is located across the street and not as nice as the main hotel. There was a homeless person outside the lobby upon checking in. Plane approach pattern is right over hotel and very noisy. Parking is free but about a block away even though parking structure attached to hotel. Went to use the pool and pool slide not working and hot tub jets not working either. Location is typical industrial area.

We love the location! It’s connected to the Bridgeport train station, very convenient to go to the eateries in Richmond, city center, and to the airport. Our room is clean, spacious and quiet. We would stay here again.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit au River Rock Casino Resort à Vancouver, pour nous rapprocher de l’aeroport. Nous avons été très deçus tant le rapport qualité-prix est moyen. Avantages: Proximité de l’aeroport (3 stations de sky-train avec acces des la sortie de l’hotel) , chambres à 2 gds lits, confortables. Petis-dejeuners de qualité autour de 20Dol Canadiens. Un certain confort lié à la categorie de l’hotel. Décevants: hotel vetuste, dans son jus, faisant un peu « usine » car grand, impersonnel et à l’accueil inexistant; Extérieur sinistre. piscine froide et pour les enfants, sorte de jaccuzzi bouillant à coté, sans bulles. Pas de peignoir ni chaussons dans la chambre! Il a fallu négocier serieusement pour en avoir. Le fonctionnement de la baignoire necessite des explications (!) Restaurant de l’hotel cher. Heureusement il y a qq restaurants à proximité (dont le Story café que nous recommandons) En bref on s’attend à mieux pour un prix de chambre très élevé.

Small Face towels were missing . Toothbrushes were missing. bathtub cleaning was not completed well, dust around bathtub , when we went into the bathroom. We had to clean the bathtub first , before we use it . In the bed room , Pillows and mattress and mattress sheets only . Bed quilt/ futon and its cover sheets are missing . We used a blanket to cover our body without the cover sheets / duvet .
