Dear Mr. Hardeep, thank you for your nice review, it is nice to know that you had a lovely experience in Venice.We are sorry we did not get your 5 points evaluation but we will use your comments to improve our service.As we did not want to disattend our Customers' expectations through our reply we would like to let Expedia Customers know that our buffet breakfast is a "Cold buffet Breakfast" and not a "Hot American Breakfast" and that's why you did not find any hot options.We would like even to specify that our building is a XV-century historical little palace and our Junior Suites overlooking the Grand Canal have a minimum of 02 and a maximum of 04 people occupancy then when we prepare them for 04 people we had 02 extra beds in it.In any case, thank you, thank you, thank you, it was our pleasure to have you and your family in our hotel and we are looking forward to welcoming you back in the future.We wish you all the best,have a wonderful 2024,ciao,Alessandro FornasierManager
