De netheid en ligging van het hotel is perfekt.Vlakbij (5min lopen van station).De service is beter dan normaal.De informatie wat je krijgt van de engels sprekende eigenaresse is buitengewoon.Reistijden van bus trein weet ze en nog meer.Bus naar Venetie 2 straten verder.Deze hotel staat bij ons op de 1e plek en wordt heel hoog aanbevolen door ons. Buiten hotel alles goed bereikbaar.

Ruhige, nette Lage, freundlich, Kafeeautomat gut, priv. Bad/Dusche/WC gut. Es hat im Dreibettzimmer Nr.7 leider nach Rauch gerochen obwohl ein Nichtraucherzimmer gewĆ¼nscht war. Einige Zimmer im EG (auch Nr.7) gehen zu einem Aufenthaltsraum direkt an der Rezeption, so dass die anderen (spƤten) GƤste die Nachtruhe in den angrenzenden Zimmern erheblich stƶren.

Lā€™acqua della doccia cadeva a gocce Siamo stati 3 notti non hanno cambiato manco il lenzuolo e gli asciugamani Lā€™aria calda quasi assente . Le tazze abbiamo pagato 2,5ā‚¬ al posto di 1,4 come era scritto sul sito . La colazione si fa in unaltro hotel

You get what you paid for
The location is very convenient but the room was very small and so was the bathroom. You can hear everything from the hallway so it can get noisy at night. The cleaning staff didn't give us new towels for some reason. I guess for a cheap price it's not so bad if you're planning to stay only for a few days.

O hotel Ć© muito bem localizado, perto do ponto de Ć“nibus e em 10 minutos estĆ”vamos na PraƧa Roma. Quando chegamos tinha acabado de ocorrer um furto no estacionamento e roubaram objetos do carro de um cliente, entĆ£o a primeira impressĆ£o foi ruim. O wifi sĆ³ funciona no sofĆ” da recepĆ§Ć£o e mais nenhum lugar, sem exceĆ§Ć£o. Se levantasse do sofĆ” a internet caia. A partir das 23 horas vc fica sozinho no hotel, a recepĆ§Ć£o fecha e tivemos um problema no cofre a meia noite e nao tinha ninguĆ©m pra auxiliar. Nos deslocamos ao hotel Colombo que presta apoio e la resolveram, mas tivemos que sair a meia noite, sozinhas, num bairro escuro pra resolver isso. O cafĆ©-da-manhĆ£ tambĆ©m era servido nesse hotel e quando compramos estava descrito como buffet e depois de muita briga conseguimos um cafĆ© colonial ( um copo de cafĆ© e um brioche), pois o dono insistia que nao tinhamos optado na reserva e quando reclamei da diferenƧa entre o que comprei Ć© o que foi servido, o dono disse que brasileiro comia muito e que era aquilo. O quarto que ficamos era muito perto da recepĆ§Ć£o, entĆ£o dava pra ouvir tudo do quarto, atĆ© os espirros. No geral a experiĆŖncia nao foi boa.

Se si vuole spendere poco va bene, la camera ĆØ bella e pulita. Da tenere presente: Dopo le 23 e fino alle 9 non c'ĆØ personale. La colazione si deve andare a fare in un altro hotel vicino. Non ĆØ vicinissimo alla stazione, bisogna prendere il tram. Ɖ in una via piccola, non molto illuminata.

Hotel trĆØs sommaire avec une trĆØs mauvaise isolation phonique. On entend tous les bruits dans l'hĆ“tel et Ć  l'extĆ©rieur. Bruits de la clim extĆ©rieure comme un camion qui dĆ©marre toutes les 5 min. Sdb rustique, pas de bac de douche, l'eau tombe sur le wc et toute la sdb est inondĆ©e. Petit dĆ©j (entre guillemets, car 1 cafĆ© et 1 croissant industriel) servi dans un autre hotel (du mĆŖme genre) Ć  5 min Ć  pieds. PropretĆ© et hygiĆØne douteuses dans cet endroit... Stationnement dans la rue payant de 8h Ć  19h

Hotel con tante cose da migliorare...
Abbiamo prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale e abbiamo trovato due materassi singoli attaccati, le pareti erano piene di zanzare schiacciate e il bagno aveva un cattivo odore...uniche note positive sono lo staff e la posizione a due passi dalla stazione di mestre e dalla fermata del bus per raggiungere Venezia o Mestre centro.

A gem.
What really made this a great place to stay was the owner; whether it was letting me check in early, giving comprehensive directions to Venice (with an excellent map) or preparing cocoa at breakfast she did it with care and charm. The location is also great, a short stroll from Mestre station, from where one can get to Venice easily and cheaply. The buses run from even closer to the hotel. I'd say this was a more convenient location than some parts of the island itself, as trains run every ten minutes. It's not a luxury option, but definitely much better than hostelling or paying over the odds for somewhere in the city centre.

Great for traveling into Venice
Very convenient hotel for traveling short distance into Venice by train or bus - train station with frequent service 5 minute walk from hotel (about 15 minutes into Venice by train). Really helpful owner who gave us lots of information and advice when we arrived. Rooms basic but very clean with very good air conditioning - seemed to be recently refurbished. Breakfast okay but limited choice.

Ottimo Hotel in posizione strategica per visistare
Questo Hotel ha tutte le carte in regola per poter visitare Venezia senza spendere un patrimonio. Camere pulite e attrezzate con i servizi necessari. Personale ottimo e cortese, ti fa sentire come a casa. Stazione del treno, bus e Tram veramente vicini. Consigliatissimo

Netter und freundlicher Empfang, FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck in Ordnung, WLAN ist gut und der BUS oder ZUG Bahnhof ist in der NƤhe. Negativ war, es gab keinen Parkplatz vom Hotel, nur ƶffentliche die man ab einer bestimmten Zeit zahlen muss.

HalvfrƤscht hotell som ligger drygt 5 mins gƄngvƤg till tƄgstation och 2 mins gƄngvƤg till busshƄllplats om man ska ta sig till "riktiga" Venedig. VƤldigt hjƤlpsam och trevlig personal. Lite unken doft pƄ hotellrummet. Frukosten var enkel. Inga vettiga restauranger i nƤrheten. Parkering fanns men var inte gratis (fƶrutom 1! plats som hotellpersonalen lyckades hƄlla till oss). Annars fick man betala vissa tider pƄ dygnet. Kan mƶjligtvis varit gratis pƄ helgen.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station. We wanted a hotel that offered easy access to the main attractions in Venice but was also close to the train station as we were getting a morning train to Verona. It isnā€™t the most modern hotel however it is very clean and has everything we needed for our stay. The room was a good size, had air conditioning and a safety deposit box which was useful. The bed wasnā€™t the most comfy (not terrible though) and this was a minor issue compared to the great service provided by the hotel. Free wifi was also available. The owners and staff were very friendly and provided really helpful information about the local area and getting around. The hotel is perfectly located for getting into Venice. You can catch a bus from just around the corner or a train. Both options are explained by the owner and so easy to use. We chose the train. A breakfast basket was included and consisted of a roll, croissant, and Italian toast along with a variety of spreads. Tea, coffee and orange juice was also on offer. A simple breakfast but a nice start for the day. There were a range of restaurants nearby and a couple of small stores if you wanted a bottle of water etc. If you are looking for a base for a couple of nights at a reasonable price I would highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again if I returned to the area.

Spacious room in beautiful small hotel with charm
Our hostess Karla was helpful and kind. Her communications were always clear and she took the time to answer questions with sincerity and good advice. The hotel is in beautiful condition and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed being away from the tourist crowds on the island of Venice. It was only a few blocks walk to take either a bus or the train, and a 10 Minute ride to Venice. And Karla gave us easy directions for both as soon as we arrived.

A pleasant place to stay.
Overall, the hotel and staff were very nice and it was convenient to the train station. The only small drawbacks were the same breakfast every day which would be okay for a couple of days but I stayed for 6, and it was a little cold and damp so took awhile to warm up and fall asleep.

Excellent value for money.
Really nice small hotel in quiet location but close to buses and trains into Venice. Room was spotlessly clean and the lady proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again.

Melhor hotel que fiquei na viagem para Europa, a dona do Hotel Ć© muito atenciosa, quartos super confortĆ”veis com ar-condicionado e aquecimento, banheiros limpos e impecĆ”veis, toalhas impecĆ”veis! Melhor custo x benefĆ­cio para estadia em Mestre/Veneza, de Ć“nibus ou trem vocĆŖ esta na estaĆ§Ć£o Santa LĆŗcia em 10 minutos, daĆ­ Ć© sĆ³ caminhar pelas vielas de Veneza e aproveitar o visual deslumbrante.

O quarto Ć© grande, mas nĆ£o tem geladeira, acho que o hotel poderia fornecer opcionalmente com pagamento adicional. MĆ³veis antigos e desconfortĆ”veis. Creio que o hotel estĆ” trocando o mobiliĆ”rio pois vi que em outros quartos tinham mĆ³veis novos. A dona do hotel foi prestativa em tudo que precisamos. Ɠtimo para o deslocamento para Veneza e deslocamento para outros lugares da ItĆ”lia, pois alem dos onibus fica a 7 minutos da estaĆ§Ć£o de trem.

It has a very convenient location, near to the Mestre train station and just 10 minutes to Pel Roma on main island by bus. The price is acceptable for a single room with a bid bed in Venice. But the breakfast is invariable and limited from 7:30 to 9:30 everyday. There is nothing to do but a few restaurants in the neighborhood. I was wondering if I could have found a better hotel with the same price.

Great location, kind owner.
Well situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with easy access to the Mestre train station and bus access to and from Venezia. Shops and supermarket are reasonably near (10 minutes or less on foot) Owner is caring and friendly. Rooms are small and simple, but clean and adequate. I would easily stay again.
