Hotel in rustige regio van Venetiƫ
Echt een ontzettend mooi hotel gelegen aan een gracht in Cannaregio, in het noorden van Venetiƫ. Het is gelegen een rustige omgeving en naarmate je verder naar het zuiden van de stad loopt, hoe drukker het wordt. Dat vond ik zelf wel prettig, omdat je dan, naar mijn mening, op je gemak van Venetiƫ kan genieten zonder alle drukte om je heen. Het hotelpersoneel is erg vriendelijk en spreken Engels. Je koffers worden voor je naar je kamer gebracht. De kamers zelf zijn schoon en mooi ingericht. De bedden liggen ook goed! Verder heb ik er niet veel meer op aan te merken. Het enige wat je goed in de gaten moet houden is dat, net als praktisch overal in Venetiƫ, alles heel duur is. Let daar vooral op als je iets uit de minibar haalt.

My husband and I have slept three nights here . We had booked a superior room but was upgraded to a junior suite . Unfortunately in the room no tea or coffee facilities available and that is a shame for a four star hotel in a junior suite . The junior suite was very spacious and had a nice bathroom but this was everything said of the junior suite.The hotel was cozy and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and nice . Were always there for advice and help . However, the breakfast was too expensive for what you got . For a fresh omelette or pancake , you pay extra euros . So that makes a lot of euros per person for breakfast . We often slept in a four star hotel but never ever had to pay that amount of money for our breakfast. The coffee at breakfast was like American coffee . If you put milk in the coffee, it gets a gray color . There is a hotel service to go with the water taxi to St. Mark's Squaire at set times. This was awsome we used it once. Near the hotel there were many restaurants and cafes . So the location of the hotel is fine . It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the hotel to St. Mark's Square.

Prijs / kwaliteit kan beter.
Badkamer was heel klein en geen bad. Laatste ochtend vroeg vertrek i.v.m. vlucht en afgesproken dat twee ontbijtpakketten gereed zouden staan. 's morgens zit er alleen een slecht Engels sprekende Italiaan die van niets wist. Bij 30 graden buiten kan de airco het niet aan. Verder is het een mooi hotel.

We hebben genoten, vriendelijke mensen, mooi hotel, lekker eten,keurige kamer. Kortom zeer zeker de moeite waard om nog eens terug te komen.

Ideale locatie voor iedereen die niet midden in de drukte wil zitten. Echter alles is wel te bereiken op loop/bootafstand. Goed ontbijt, rustige omgeving en een mooie tuin en lobby, tuin grenst aan het lagune. Hotelboot inbegrepen op bepaalde tijden en bepaalde plekken waaronder de glasfabriek. Kamers zijn ietwat gedateerd maar hebben wel alle faciliteiten.

Hotel is very nice, beautiful gardens but the rooms are a bit old not looking super clean. Staff was friendly but I expected a much better experience from a 4 star hotel. Location is good if you want to be completely away from the crowds, only negative is the time it takes taking the vaporetto to San Marks area. You are a short vaporetto trip to Murano and closer to the train station. We liked that it was pretty secluded and quiet.

We loved staying here because it was away from the crowds and near to the first Alilaguna ā›“ļø first stop from the airport. Brilliant customer service on arrival. We paid a high fee for 4 nights with child in early April 2024. Breakfast is ā‚¬25 per person. We stayed in the junior suite (403). A lovely balcony top floor room. The sink in the bathroom is strange as Ā½ of it is enclosed under a mirror. The shower tap was broken, but usable. Very hot on demand šŸ˜ƒ The views are lovely as is the hotel gardens! It is a 3-minute walk from the boat station. No bottled water in the room! šŸ˜” A bit disappointing to check out with a double bar bill; hopefully will be rectified soon.

The hotel and grounds are quite nice. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of San Marco and tourist district yet many, many great dining and shopping options. It is walkable to the main tourist attractions bland there is also a daily shuttle boat directly from the hotel. The room was recently renovated and done very well. The website images do not do the property justice. It is a very nice property and feels very upscale and affordable prices for Venice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations, arranging transportation and even a boat tour to Murano. Taylan was particularly exception, true hotelier. Rooms were clean large and comfortable. Only the AC gave some issues one night but otherwise an excellent property, highly-recommended!

This hotel was perfect for us. It is right on one of the canals but in a quieter part of Venice. There were still plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from, but it wasn't overly crowded like it is down by the grand canal. We took a water taxi over to the other side of the island and did St. Mark's Square, and we just walked back through town to our hotel. The staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. The staff scheduled us a water taxi to the airport and a gondola ride. It was great!

This is a lovely property, in a fantastic area that is away from the crowds but super accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would suggest you check that the AC in your room works, because Venice gets hot in the summer, but aside from this, everything is perfect.

This hotel was a palace at some point. Unfortunately, it has not been updated since then. Instead of keeping up with the times it seems like theyā€™re just keeping the profits in their pockets. old air conditioning barely works and they blamed it on the electrical shortage because of the war with Ukraine. The door in the bathroom would shut unless it was pushed and when we did that I got locked inside!!! I told staff about this and they sent someone upstairs he suggested I donā€™t close the door! What kind of resolution is that!?? Who uses the bathroom without closing a Door? Staff was helpful trying to arrange a ride to the airport and even walked our luggage to the water taxi area while we waited for the allylaguna. I would NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL even though itā€™s in beautiful Venice.
