'Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. Caroline left flipflops, beach robes, towels etc., just what you need for a pool holiday. It was all just as per the listing photos. Cons: bedrooms were a little small...

'This property is a real gem. The grounds and garden are truly wonderful. There are so many spaces to enjoy. Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained. The photos simply don’t do this property justice. Really pleased we found this place.'

'Eric a mis récemment ce pavillon en location et je suis sûr que ce sera une pépite parmi les biens de la région. En effet, non seulement le bien a une piscine profonde et grande mais il a également une salle de sport. Eric a investi dans un barbecue Weber. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de la climatisation. Toutefois, nous n'avons pas réussi à éteindre la clim dans une des chambres. Enfin, la maison donne sur une vue imprenable sur le Var. Je ne peux que recommander ce bien.'

'Terrific place with an incredible view of Nice and the Harbor. Maria was super helpful getting us set up and dealing with a few small issues. Lovely house with top notch amenities. Lots of steps, house has three floors and it’s perched on the side of a mountain so any walking is lots of up and down. Beautiful views around every corner though. 'Das Haus ist schön, geräumig und sehr grossflächig. Der Pool befindet sich zwei Terrassen weiter unten. Es hat alles was man braucht im Haus. Es hat alles was man braucht im Haus. Schwierig war für uns die Zufahrt, da wir mit einem VW-Bus angefahren sind. Die Zufahrt ist sehr eng, und es hat keine Möglichkeit vor dem Haus zu wenden. Von der Agentur in Nizza sind wir enttäuscht. Es wurde nicht einmal nachgefragt, wie wir angekommen sind und ob alles in Ordnung ist. '

'Das Haus ist schön. Alle beschriebenen Räume sind im EG. Im OG wohnt der Vermieter mit seiner Familie. Das war für uns eine Überraschung, da es nirgendwo kommuniziert wurde. Und auch auf Anfrage wurde es uns nicht mitgeteilt. Aber Domenico ist sehr sehr nett, großzügig und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns immer wieder frisches Gebäck gebracht und er hat für uns gekocht! Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem war er uns sehr behilflich. Die Lage ist super! In 20 Minuten ist man in Monaco, san Remo oder Nizza....

'With a family of five we had a great week in October. The beds are very good, the kitchen has everything, including an ice cube maker in the fridge. The shower is perfect, we had more than enough towels and of course the views from the rooftop terrace are splendid. Parking is a bit of a hassle, we decided to park in the garage even if it meant blocking the road for a minute to manoeuvre. We made some great hikes on Cap Ferrat, in the mountains and in Nice., afterwards cooling down in our splash...

'Rejoindre la résidence sur les hauteurs se mérite mais à l’arrivée la vue est à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très soigné, les espaces verts sont entretenus à la perfection et le coin piscine avec vue sur mer un pur bonheur. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
