Goed gelegen hotel om te voet de stad te bezoeken. Voldoende autoparking langs de straat met parkeermeter. Mooi ingerichte ruime studio met keukenvoorziening . Service hapert: ondanks vroege check-in werd de bagage niet naar de kamer gebracht evenmin werd de airco ingeschakeld gevolg 32 gr.in de kamer. Ontbijt valt tegen.

The Hotel is very, very beautiful. Sensational atmosphere and very nice furnitures and rooms. I loved my room and the breakfast. My only point i was wondering was the internet connection. The speed is limited with 2mbit which allows you to surf but for streaming or video call its not enough.

Highly recommend
I had a wonderful stay while attending a conference. The staff were all professional, warm, friendly and attentive. The location was ideal for exploring the city as it was walking distance from many of the sights. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The facilities were all very modern although the building and decor feel charmingly historic.

A hidden gem, with great location
The perfect stay, in a middle age convent. Spacious and very clean rooms. You have the feel of being transported back to the middle ages, but with all the modern facilities you require. The staff is wonderfull and welcoming. Search no further for your Verona accomodation. This is where you want to stay. This is a converted convent, so there are no lifts, but that's not a problem. If needed the staff will give you a helping hand. The reception and entrance doors are closed after 9.00 pm, but you're given a key, so there's no problem getting in after a late meal in wonderfull Verona. The convent is situated a mere 5 mins. walk from the arena. But it is also located outside the "no-drive" zone, so it is perfect if you arrive by car. The hotel also provide you with a residence parking allowance, so you're able to park your car as a residendent of Verona. Small fee apply. Trainstation, Porto Nouva, is 15 min. walking or 3 min by car/taxi. A brilliant stay for families, couples or friends. For longer stays, the rooms have kitchenettes which you may use for a small extra fee. Good aircondition. The breakfast is excellent, and the coffee they make is superb. When in Verona, stay here. We will come back for sure.

It was lovely to find fresh fruit and flowers.
A large room in a beautiful building but you have to pay extra if you want to use the kitchenette in the room. There were no coffee and tea facilities but a kettle was provided when asked. You look out onto a brick wall on the opposite side of the road which can be quite noisy early in the morning. The breakfast staff were very attentive and even remembered and prepared delicious fresh scrambled eggs for me which was so considerate and kind.

Nice and friendly hotel
Nice and friendly hotel about 20min walk from old city center. We got to check in early and they did great job decorating the room as we were on our honeymoon. We felt really welcome and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean, better than the pictures.

La struttura è risultata nel complesso pulita salvo un terribile odore di fogna nel bagno che si verificava ogni qualvolta veniva tirato lo scarico dal bagno della camera soprastante. Il servizio reception è male organizzato: non vi è stato alcuno scambio di informazioni tra il personale durante il cambio giornaliero ed ogni volta era necessario ripetere le nostre richieste che puntualmente venivano disattese. In ultimo l'accoglienza è stata pessima non solo per la poca cortesia del tipo che ci ha accolto, ma anche perché lo stesso (nonostante lo avessi chiesto telefonicamente) non ci aveva avvisato che era praticamente molto difficile trovare parcheggio in quella zona, e che l'unico a disposizione era un improvvisato parcheggio a pagamento sul piazzale antistante di proprietà della struttura. NON consigliato...

Gentile Marco, Ci dispiace moltissimo che il Suo soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. Controlleremo sicuramente il problema idrico che ha segnalato. Per quanto riguarda la reception si, ha ragione, ci sono stati dei giorni in cui non era molto organizzata a causa di alcuni cambiamenti in atto. Siamo molto spiacenti che sia incappato in qualche disservizio e saremo lieti di ospitarla ancora, se vorrà tornare, per mostrarle la vera qualità del nostro lavoro. Saluti

A Beautiful Italian City
Residence Antico San Zeno is a great place. Nice, clean, safe place with friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. Centrally located with famous San Zeno Basilica a short walk away. We would return next time.

Beautiful antique home with many unique details like a bar in the basement of the bedroom. Stunning! very clean, central location and a very friendly host made our stay very pleasant. We would come back in a heartbeat.
