'There were 7 of us visiting to attend my daughter's graduation from GA Southern. This house was a nice place for all of us to stay together and only 30 mins out from Statesboro with a very easy drive between the two. Space was clean and stocked with everything needed amenity wise. Booking was easy and we had a nice stay. Would recommend for anyone. Another plus is a DG a skip and hop from the house. Very convenient for something quickly needed or last minute item. Also, 9 miles or so to I16, and...

'This historical home is beautiful! Very nicely decorated and comfortable, while retaining the elegance of a time gone by. The grounds were well maintained and the home is located in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a very good restaurant on the next block. Excellent communication from the host Donna. 'I wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the beds. The sheets had hair and glitter in them. I sanitized a comforter and covered the couch. It had glitter on it also. I slept on the couch and left a day early. I was afraid to use anything in the kitchen. Thank goodness I brought my own pillow and blanket.'

'We loved the cabin and our small dogs loved the fenced yard where they could roam without a lead (they are city dogs and always on a leash when outside). The only disappointment was we could not access the sandbar because the river was above flood stage our entire trip. Was very relaxing to just nag out and read! The kitchen is very well appointed.'
