'The property was perfect for what we needed. First time visit to Natchez so close to all the sights we were going to see. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Richard was a great host. Responded very quickly to any question. The place was very clean and well stocked with lots of extras. The a/c worked great. The only disadvantage was the stairs for 3 older women carrying luggage but we managed. Would stay there again.'

"Bij aankomst was de man achter de balie zo aardig om ons om te boeken naar een kamer aan de rivier kant. En wat een fantastisch uitzicht heb je dan! Het is een al wat ouder hotel maar verder wel schoon en het personeel is oké. Het enige dat erg tegenviel was het ontbijt, heel weinig opties en als er veel mensen (15 ofzo) tegelijk ontbijten kunnen ze dat niet aan. "

"Om te beginnen liggen de meeste kamers niet in het hoofdgebouw, maar in een aanpalend gebouw erachter. Onze kamer gaf uit op een donkere steeg en bleek de enige kamer zonder daglicht te zijn. De vensters waren afgesloten met luiken. Geen idee wanneer die voor het laatst zijn geopend, want er was geen beweging in te krijgen. Ontbijt was inbegrepen in de overnachting, maar dat was de naam ontbijt NIET waardig. De tweede ochtend zijn we naar de stad gegeten om deftig te ontbijten. Het personeel blonk uit in afwezigheid. Gedurende onze 2 dagen was er niemand te zien. Het enige positieve dat te vermelden valt, is het restaurant (The Castle). "
