absoluut de sterren niet waard, ontevreden zijn we
een ziel-loos hotel, kamer was niet schoon, alle 5 dagen niet gestofzogen, vliegen in de vensterbank bleven liggen. incheckpersoneel erg jong en onwetend, eerste dagen stond er in de kersttijd punch en gluhwein in de hal voor de gaste, maar dat tapsysteem werkte meestal niet omdat de punch ton onder! het kraantje gevuld werd dus er niet uit kon komen, niemand van t personeel had t in de gaten... na 2 dagen werden de cannisters weggehaald en dat eind november, overal kersttijd, weinig kerstversiering in ongezellige hal. in de hal stond koffiemachine maar tegen betaling, geen koffieapparaat op de kamer alleen waterkoker voor thee of oploskoffie. badkamer was waardeloos, enkele wasbak in grote badkamer, geen plaats voor pyama of cosmetica op te zetten , nachtkastjes zeer sumier, geen wekker het was het geld zeker niet waard, locatie goed, matrassen goed.

Fantastisch, stijl, vriendelijkheid, ontbijt, hotel maar vooral ligging: PAL aan het centrum( Opera, Hofburg, Stefansdom, enz. enz. ) allemaal op wandelafstand. Ideaal omdat ik maar 1.5 dag en een nacht had (komende van Tsjechië en Slovakije)

Prima 5* hotel in hartje Wenen, absolute aanrader.
Prima hotel, 5* waardig. Verzorgde kamers met goede, iets kleine, bedden. Badkamers met een separate, ruime douche voorzien van alle comfort. Prima ligging in het centrum van Wenen met nagenoeg alle bekende bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand, in de directe nabijheid volop openbaar vervoersmogelijkheden. Royaal ontbijtbuffet, zeer goede kwaliteit met voldoende en ook vriendelijke bediening. Dat geldt ook voor de medewerkers bij de receptie en de housekeeping. Klein minpuntje is de rookruimte vlak bij de liften waardoor er toch enigszins sprake is van geuroverlast.

Good location, centre point for all attractions/markets (10-15mins walk away from everything). Quiet rooms, receptions and catering staff all very polite and helpful. The wifi was good and we experienced no issues connecting. Great bathroom facilities, spacious with plenty of hot water and a good shower. Good gym and spa facilities, but adults only. Main let downs, were around room and hallways cleaning. We Opted for the room to be cleaned every other day when asked. The room was never vacuumed and wooden floors within the room were scuffed and dirty on arrival. The bed sheets were never changed during our stay, which is not a big issue, but considering we spent an average of £300 per night (room only), it should have been an option, when we were asked about room cleaning. Room cleaning meant only towels were changed and surfaces were wiped down, floors were not vacuumed. All floors in rooms and hallways need to be vacuumed and polished more regularly. All electricals in the room need an upgrade, the iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV and TV services especially all need upgrading. There are no USB charging ports in the room. The QR code in regards to services, needs to moved to be in a more prominent place. Most annoying thing are the bathroom glass walls, between the bedroom and bathroom. Little to no privacy while using the bathroom/toilet. Not sure why anyone ever thought glass walls for bathrooms were a good idea.

Service was excellent on all levels by all persons. However, there are many issues which lowers the rating for the experince. Having a toilet placed 50 cms from the head of the bed, separated by a thin glass wall of the bathroom, is an exceptionally bad idea. The bathroom could be easily smaller then have space for king bed in the rooms.The breakfast place is very small and thus overly crowded, noisy, literallaly have to rub shoulders with the people at next table. The restaurant has tables which are so low your leg cannot fit under it (basically a lounge table).

The rooms were large and the shower was next level luxury with the multiple jets. I liked the free drinks option for not having room cleaned on a daily basis - for a couple of nights stay there is no need to have towels washed daily. Breakfast was amazing. Really central to all attractions, but in a quiet street. I would definitely recommend.

Positief: Personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Lage des Hotels und Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr gut. Der Teppich im Zimmer war sehr schmuddelig und sah so aus, als ob er lange nicht mehr gründlich gesaugt wurde. Ansonsten ruhiges Zimmer mit guten Betten und Kissen. Toller Fitness- und Wellnessbereich.

The hotel was very convenient for visiting major tourist spots. It didn't interfere with my sleep, but the footsteps and noises from the rooms above, below, and to the left and right were so noisy.
