Net hotel met uitgebreid lekker ontbijtbuffet. Gelegen nabij metrolijn U4 en U6, Längenfeldgasse, met directe verbinding centrum en Schönbrunn. Voorzijde wel aan drukkere weg. Supermarkt om de hoek. Ook relatief dichtbij station Wien West.

Inchecken ging zeer lastig, arrogante houding van de mevrouw. Ze was ook brutaal tegenover ons! ZEER ONVRIENDELIJK!! Verder was ons verblijf relaxt en fijn. Propere kamers, elke dag house keeping.

What I liked was the cleanness of the room, the comfortable beds, the airconditioning and the distance to the underground. What I didn't like was the unfriendly reactions at my arrival when she couldn't find my name in the reservations, the fact that I had not booked breakfast and never a goodmorning or goodevening when I walked in the receptionroom while she was working. What I also would have liked is the option to have your towels changed; I do not need clean towels every day.

Good hotel for the price. Proximity to the Ubahn station gave good access to the city and to Schonbrunn. Ok breakfast for the price but I wish they would offer real orange juice rather than squash. Nice to have a fridge, bottle of water and a coffee machine. I had to ask for more pods but these were provided. I had an issue with the door lock and this was attended to very promptly. Useful Spar supermarket next door but closes at 8 and not open on Sunday. A reasonable choice if you can get it at a good price. Only two stops on U6 from Westbahnhof. Need to change to get to Hauptbahnhof. Direct train from Mitte if arriving at the airport. Limited options for food nearby but I got the 72 hour travel ticket and it was easy enough to reach other options.

Wenn man schon beim Buchen bittet, dass man in den obersten Dtockwerk ein Zimm möchteund dann ein Zimmer im 1. Stock bekommt, erst nach Einspruch das gewünschte Zimmz Belz, na ja. Im ersten Moment das ZImmer sauber, aber genau gucke darf man nicht. Auch fehlt z.B. ein eine Fernsehbenutzung, ebenso für die Kaffeemaschine. Die Lüftung kann man nicht abstellt, stört einfach. Die blaue „Decke“ am Fußende ist sehr ungepflegt die Fäden müssten mal abgeschnitten werden. Auch im Bad die Fichtungen an den Duschtüten, einfach ekelig. An der Rezeu lächelte man müde, man würde es weiter geben. Der junge Mann tat SEHR gelangweilt als ich nur von der Decke sprach !!!

Really Nice Hotel for a very good price, restaurant looked good but we did not use this. It has a mini supermarket next door which is very convenient. The surrounding area was a little dirty, but very close to the train station that goes straight to Vienna city centre. Overall a very nice hotel and would happily stay again.

Während meines Hotelaufenthalts erlebte ich eine angenehme Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmerausstattung war ansprechend, jedoch gab es einige kleinere Mängel. Insgesamt würde ich meine Zufriedenheit mit 4 von 5 Sternen bewerten.

El sitio está un poquito apartado, pero muy muy bien comunicado con una parada de metro justo enfrente. El trato genial y todo muy limpio, cómodo y ordenado. Además, hay un supermercado justo al lado. Muy recomendable.
