goed verblijf
Het hotel is uitermate gunstige gelegen om bij het Austria center te komen. Echt op loopafstand..de kamers zijn netjes maar de bedden vindt ik slecht. Ontbijt is netjes maar niet overdadig. Voor Weense begrippen zijn de kamers niet zo prijzig. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

de fysieke accomodatie is prima op het feit na dat in onze kamer 1504 de stop in het bad niet goed afsluit een dat de verwarming c.q. niet werkte.

De bedden waren erg hard en de kussens zacht. Als de persoon naast je zich omdraait, word je zo ongeveer gelanceerd. De kamers hebben echt een opknapbeurt nodig. Tevens lastig om de kamer op een aangename temperatuur te krijgen met de airco, wij hebben constant het raam open gehad. Personeel niet erg vriendelijk, zo duurde het inchecken erg lang en werd niet verteld waarom. Ontbijt belachelijk duur (20 euro) voor wat je ervoor krijgt.

Zeer prettig verblijf. Uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Schone kamers met echt goede bedden! Volgende keer weer. Enig minpuntje is de airco. Die werkte niet goed waardoor het soms te warm werd in de kamer.

Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to the city centre with metro. Room was comfortable and the bath room was nice and clean. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Bijbetalen voor noodzaak
In principe weinig mis met dit hotel. Twee voor mij belangrijke minpunten zijn: 1. Gratis WIFI is erg beperkt. Voor het downloaden van bestanden is dat niet prettig. Het is duidelijk dat het hotel zo hoopt het betaalde internet aan de gasten te slijten. 2. Het ontbijt is veel te duur. Daarnaast zijn in de directe omgeving van het hotel ook geen bakkers of andere gelegenheden te vinden om een goedkoper ontbijt te genieten. Het lijkt erop dat het ontbijt heel duur gemaakt is omdat er voor gasten toch geen alternatief is.

This hotel provided great service, and was close to train station to get to downtown! The food was delicious as well for breakfast and dinner! Highly recommend!

The furniture in the room is very shaby. The personnel at the reception is incompetent. No real espresso coffee, just machine made coffee. Very small selection at breakfast. When we complained about the sauna not being ready, the manager just shrugged his shoulders and let us know that he did not care at all. We asked upon arrival (Thursday afternoon) whether reservation was necessary for the sauna and were told that we could use it it any time w/o reservation. Friday evening we contacted the reception again and asked whether we could use the sauna from 8 A.M. on Saturday. We were promised they would switch it on by that time. We called and asked at 8 A.M. on Saturday whether the sauna was ready but it was not. They asked for one hour. We went to the sauna at 9 A.M. and was still not switched on. As we could not stay longer, we finally had to skip the sauna although the availability of the sauna was the top reason why we had chosen that hotel.

We try to get better everyday to give the best possible experience to our guests so we take your opinion as an opportunity to see how we can improve. In order to have the sauna ready and without any disruptions and to give the right information, it functions everyday from 18 to 22 hours. Guests do not have to book but it has a limited capacity. Our superior rooms count with Nespresso machines, and in the rooms there are 3 different kinds of coffee that can be prepared, the difference is the intensity. We try to make our breakfast as varied as possible, and you can find from cold to warm dishes and drinks, as well as suitable for every kind of diet. We also want to share with you that a renovation is on the way, maybe if you decide to give us another opportunity, you will be able to enjoy the new fresh house.We hope that you can give the NH family a new opportunity and we will make our best to surpass your expectations. Conoscendo già la catena NH mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio. Nel complesso la struttura è bella ed il personale molto gentile ma ci sono alcuni punti che non mi sono piaciuti. Prima cosa la camera molto basic. Arredo un po’ vetusto e tende sporche. Il bagno senza bidet per me cosa incredibile ancora oggi ma capisco che non tutte le culture abbiamo la stessa considerazione dell’igiene. La colazione a pagamento non era niente di particolare, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più onestamente. Inoltre eravamo in 3 in camera e puntualmente ci hanno sempre portato asciugamani per 2 e quindi sempre a chiederle . Insomma punteggio sufficiente per me.
