Heerlijk hotel met enorm vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is ouderwets ingericht, maar dat is juist de charme. Locatie is perfect om te voet een groot deel van wenen te bezichtigen of om te gaan winkelen in de nabijgelegen winkelstraat. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en alles is erg netjes schoon en verzorgd. Een hotel dat met veel liefde onderhouden wordt.

Hotel was clean, room was good although pretty small. Its an old building but nicely renovated. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Location is perfect. I think the price is pretty high for what you get but overall a satisfied stay. Breakfast is perfect!

Zeer net en comfortabel hotel
Prima hotel in een autoloos straatje met enige restaurants en barretjes. Zeer vriendelijk personeel achter balie en bij ontbijt. Ontbijt is uitstekend met lekkere koffie. Desgewenst maakt men gratis allerlei ei-gerechten. Schoonmaak kamer was uitstekend. Je loopt vanuit de Annagasse zo de binnenstad in. Metrostations op paar honderd meter. Ideale locatie met veel bezienswaardigheden op korte loopafstand.

Geweldig mooi en top locatie!
We hebben een heel welkom en prettig verblijf gehad, de kamers zijn super mooi ingericht en het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk, het ontbijt was lekker en in een echte Oostenrijkse sfeer. We hadden gevraagd om een rookvrije kamer en wisten niet zeker of die er was, maar we kregen een rookvrije kamer. Ook was er een thee/koffiezetapparaat, we hebben ons goed vermaakt en komen zeker nog een keer. Echt een aanrader !

A well located, stylish and elegant hotel. The period décor and ambiance along with the old-school courtesy of the staff make a refreshing change from modern, identikit hotels. The room was clean, comfortable and, despite the hotel’s central location, very quiet. The breakfast offering was generous and of high quality. And the late check-out deadline was most useful for late departing customers.

Beautiful property, and staff was wonderful. Out the door on one side of the hotel is a strictly pedestrian zone. Lots of restaurants and the opera house is only a block away. We came at the end of November and the Christmas fair was set up in St Stephen’s square. We had a great time, & would recommend this hotel.

Lovely location and facility. Small boutique hotel. Quiet and yet in the square within a block. Great restaurants on the street as well as St Anna’s Church high you could miss on the outside but is breathtaking baroque on the inside!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung bis auf kleine Nachlässigkeiten z.B. ein vergessener Putzlappen auf dem Nachtschrank. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse aber in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke (Hofburg, Albertina, Staatstheater). Wer es klassisch mag ist hier genau richtig!

Hotel in excellent location for walking around, restaurants and shopping. Close to sights. Beds were a little firm for our preference. Staff was friendly. Could probably use some updating. No bar but you can order drinks. Beautiful breakfast area.

En liten pärla mitt i Wien
Väldigt centralt och bra beläget! Slottskänslan är påtaglig överallt med badrum designade Versace. Gällande badrummet är ventilationen inte den bästa, men vad gör väl det! Mycket trevlig personal som alltid kostar på sig ett leende och gör sitt yttersta för gästen. Städningen utförs till full belåtenhet. Frukosten är väldigt bra med många alternativ snyggt presenterade. Nya bakverk varje morgon som ett litet extra!

The people at the front desk were very helpful. Excellent location for restaurants. Our suite was large and extremely beautiful! Our only complaint was the air conditioning was not cool enough.
